Nothing like putting in Hurricane winds. Especially when you are a terrible player to begin with. It levels the playing field. 3 Crowns is a very nice course. In 2012 ish the restaurant was excellent. Haven't eaten there since. Well-run establishment with excellent golfing when the weather cooperates. The prices are not too bad either.

This year management seems absent. It used to be well run great course. Carts now shut off 10 yards before the cart signs also while on cart paths cart still saying we were in restricted areas. When we brought it to staff attention they could care less blaming the mowers for relocating the signs. It happened multiplie times 50-70 yards from the greens so there is no reason for shutting off the carts. Just really disappointed in the overall experience and response. Played league here for more years then I can count this year will be my last.

Made us pay $315 for a club we didn’t break. Found a club broken off in the sock half way through and told a worker when we got back, he said they had checked them before but clearly not well enough. All they do to check is grab the top of the clubs, and with how it was broken in the sock you can’t tell that way. There was also so much poop on the green you couldn’t walk two feet without getting poop on your shoes. Definitely not worth the premium price for the quality of the course. You are also not allowed to drive the carts on the green and the cart paths in some areas are the worst I’ve ever seen.

As a golfer from Wisconsin visiting Wyoming for the first time, this may be the golf experience of my lifetime. It was the end of October, windy and 50, but I quickly forgot that when I noticed the mountain vista view visible every step of this well maintained interesting course.

My dad and I have both worked for country clubs for years so I’ve played some nice courses, and this was comparable or superior to any of them. The course was pristine and absolutely perfect. Fairways and greens were incredible. I’d drive 5+ hours for this course in a heartbeat. And the views didn’t hurt. Absolutely gorgeous.
