We vacationed in the St Germain area recently and had the opportunity to play this wonderful course twice during our stay. The course is extremely well maintained and the staff is top notch. It is challenging, but the challenge pales in comparison to its beauty. I highly recommend the course to anyone who plans to be in the St. Germain area.

Friendly staff, great conditions and beautiful course layout. Our only complaint was no hard liquor on the bev cart or at the halfway house for cocktails. Hope to be back soon!

A true gem of the north woods. This is a challenging yet gorgeous example of great golf course architecture. There are a few tee shots that are visually striking, where you can’t help but stop and gaze. The course is well taken care of and played great despite the cold October conditions.

Walked in without a tee time scheduled, basically at the latest a solo could get out and play uninterrupted through 18 and complete 18holes before cart turn in time. I was told it was a rarity to have the course as open as it was by a local solo walker, who let me play through on the back 9. This course is absolutely beautiful. The conditions were country club-esque with well defined lines at every step of the course. The course is very tight and well positioned tee shots are a necessity. The greens are true. Great greens, readable, but still a challenge. Roll is pure and it seems like the customers here take care of the divots, pitch marks, and ball marks everywhere. Compliments to the greens team for their work. I hope to play this course again with the changing of the leaves.
