My husband and I went here for a trial run with the new owners on November 3rd, 2023, to eat dinner . At this point in time, im giving this place a 3. The restaurant looked clean and welcoming overall. There seems to be plenty of room for guests. First, we tried the cheese curds as our appetizer. They were good, but I feel there should have been more added. I have no idea what the prices are at this time as there were no prices listed so I do not know the price of any of the food we ate at the moment. I ordered the deep-fried cod and fries as my side. The cod actually tasted pretty good. They gave me 3 nice size pieces of deep-fried cod. My fries were cold after a few short minutes. The fries were good when they had warmth to them, though. My husband ordered the chicken marsala entree with a side of baked potato. I received my entree first, and my husband had to wait about an extra 25 minutes to get his. He also did not get his baked potato at all. Our waitress was friendly and seemed to be doing the best she could as this was still a trial run for the employees. We should not have had to wait as long as we did for my husband's entree, and he obviously should have been given his side of baked potato. That aspect of the dining was quite frustrating!

Excellent golf course that is very well maintained. Some tight fairways, challenging bunkers, lots of hills, but very fair course.

Wife & I ate there last night. Ordered appetizer with BBQ sauce. Waited 15 minutes for BBQ sauce. Ordered 2 drinks. Didn't get them until after starting meal. My drink was only half full. Hmm. Asked waitress to remove appetizer dishes. She only took 1. After eating meal our dishes sat until we left. Waitress DID NOT at all come back to ask if we wanted another drink. So we drank our water for meal. We used to love coming here. But NOT AT ALL IMPRESSED this time back.

What a fun course with awesome employees! John Blahnke does a great job managing ECC.

Played this course for over 35 years even when it was just nine holes. It has always been a great course and a great value! Not long but, definitely challenging. I have found it a challenge to play on better Greens without spending a lot more money.
