Nice, well maintained course. Nice fairways, very nice greens. Not too difficult. Friendly staff. Worth the $60. Only suggestion would be to have 3 or 4 water coolers on the course. Was real hot the other day, would have been nice to wet a towel to cool off. Would come back. Played North and South.

Less than ideal. The east course had greens in bad shape. Also the rangers are rude and on power trips. Have a golf cart as far away from the tee box as possible and get yelled at. I am referring to a hole in which the cart path goes in front of the tee boxes and all that is behind is the tee boxes and a public road. Somehow being parked/stopped along a public right of way so I am out of the line of a golf shot by another player is wrong. Was over 15 feet away from the tee box. Also the group right behind my group parked within 2 feet of the tee box and the ranger said nothing. Also saw another player riding off the back bumper of another golf cart and nothing was said to them. The place is overall nice and has a good offering but a few bad apples can make you want to go somewhere else instead. UPDATE: 7/28/2026 (More details and response to the course management) 1. The greens being in poor shape because of the reason for the weather is poor form. Golf courses have sprinkler systems for greens, and other courses in the area have much better conditions and they are having the same weather patterns and conditions. 2. Hole 7 on the east course positions tee offs behind the cart path. I guess based upon the response from the golf course, park your cart in front of the tee offs, and hit golf balls into the golf carts. I guess they want their golf carts smashed up by golf balls. 3. The ranger is still rude. The ranger spent a good 10 minutes if not more staring my group down before my group even hit off on the first tee. Other groups were allowed to be parked within inches of the tee off boxes and nothing said. People riding off the back bumpers of golf carts gone unnoticed, and I even saw tire marks from other groups that drove right through the front tee boxes. But sure selective enforcement which might of been because there was a lady in my group. Also, the Pebble Drive road which is along hole 7 on the East course, has a public right of way. Being right alongside that road, means the golf carts are not even on the course's grass, so a ranger saying something is out of place. The golf course does not maintain nor own land in the public right of way. 4. Forgot to mention that my group was originally signed up for the South course, but the course switched my group to the East course last minute. Would have been nice to have known that before coming to the course. Maybe I did not want to play the East course. I made the tee time roughly 5 hours before my tee time. So that is poor form on the course. They had my cell phone number and email address so could have called or emailed and told me that something happened and gave me the option to keep my tee time and play on the East course or cancel my tee time. 5. A group or two ahead of me started slowing down everyone because they broke apart into two groups of 2 players each. The ranger did not say anything about that, but that slowed everyone down. Having to take roughly 2.5 hours to play 9 holes is incredibly slow paced. For reference I can easily play 9 holes with 3 people in 1.5 hours if not less. But the ranger did not seem to care about maintaining the pace of play.

Played 3/30. Course in great condition for this time of year. You can tell there is a lot of love that goes into maintaining the place. It’s a relatively easy course, quite forgiving but fun to play. It’s priced fairly and the staff were very friendly, all the way from bag drop to the Marshalls. The greens were as good as I’ve seen for a public course in the area. Thank you.

It pains me to have to do this, but Evergreen needs attention. The course condition for the end of May 2026 was embarrassing, dead grass everywhere, was more like EverYellow. It was quite literally a fire hazard. Not a single ball washer out. Not a single one on any of the three 9 hole courses. Absolutely sinister. Cart paths haven't been tended to in years. Apparently there was an issue with our paper on the top of our cart used to indicate we paid or something? Why make that my problem? I have a bad knee and was forced to walk up and down stairs because all four of the starters couldn't figure it out. It is not our responsibility, and if your employees can't communicate with each other correctly, that's your problem. If you have constant problems with non-payment or walk ons, that is something you address with them. Passing that onto the rest of your patrons is lazy and only causes problems clearly. Ask yourselves is it worth the giant inconvenience you are creating? Sure, other places have implemented this process successfully and that could be the logic for doing so, but it is not being followed correctly here. The implementation and follow-through are half-baked at best. The rangers drive around and make the patrons out to the problems for pace. You feel like you aren't wanted here, they are combative and rude. The reality is, the place is so poorly run that if they fixed the issues at the starters booth, it would prevent pace problems to begin with. This place used to be great a few years back, but compared to the courses in the area - it's really on the decline. Something has clearly changed, Management either doesn't care or is willingly blind to the problems. If you are wondering if this is a good course to purchase an expensive home on, it is not. Look elsewhere if you put value in proximity to a well managed course. It's clear ownership only cares about making money, and it's coming at the cost of Golfer enjoyment. How much worse does it need to get before it gets the attention it requires?

I golf here regularly but today me and my friend had the worst experience we have had on a golf course. We payed inside for twilight golf and asked the young lady if we could play north and south to which she said yes to. We were about to start the back 9 on the south course when a older gentleman who was a ranger came up to us and told us we had not payed and we respectfully informed him we had. He left and came back 3 minutes later accusing us of not paying again becauae of what our paper read on the top of our cart. It is not our responsibility to write that and if your employees can't communicate with each other correctly, that's your problem. We finished the hole and then another older gentlemen rode up and started screaming at us that we had not payed and being extremely rude. Again we informed him that we did, which to then he proceeded to yell ...I want you in at 8 pm.... I get that their is a curfew (mind you it was 7 pm) but their is absolutely no reason to talk to others that way and be aggressive with your customers. Management needs to do a better job of training its employees of communicating better and being respectful to anyone they talk to. Disappointed in how this business is run...
