We were camping at Merrick State Park and decided to play here over the weekend. Let’s start with the price. INCREDIBLE DEAL - $45 for a round of 18 with cart is hard to beat. The course itself was well kept and in great shape. However the layout was a bit off for me. Lots of holes right next to each other in the open so people were driving across fairways all day. Nothing too bad and it happens but something to be aware of. They have a nice mix of par 4s and 3s. They do not have a driving range so make sure you warm up before teeing off. The clubhouse was smaller but they’ve got so balls and tees if you didn’t come prepared. Overall a good course for a fantastic price.

First time I played there nice course. It was a great time. Good layout and course was in nice condition

Quality course where the 9s play really different. Quality overall was really good....good fast and solid rolling greens, good cut fairways, and longer rough. Clubhouse wasnt really big and no real pro shop but they did have a logo ball. Driving in i saw a lot of holes pretty close together and the front 9 felt to play a little tight. Go to the back 9, much more terrain and turns to play with. Carts were fair and rates met the course. Overall, pretty good place to check out.

Great course in this area, very open fairways with only a few wooded holes. No range

They have done a lot to make this course better and better every year. They've been pouring concrete guard paths and places and every year it gets better.
