Glenville Golf Club is a charming nine-hole course in central West Virginia that plays bigger than its footprint because it’s narrow, shaped by hills, and asks for accuracy. It’s a par-35 style layout that emphasizes placement—keeping it in the short grass matters more than raw length. Water comes into play on much of the routing, and the tighter corridors mean you’re frequently choosing “smart clubs” off the tee rather than always grabbing driver. Great place other than rude groundskeeper turning on sprayers when trying to finish hole while looking at you an laugh. Not the first time he has been an a hole . I’ll never play another game there until he is gone I’m speaking for at least 15 guys . He’s the one with the ponytail. Rest of the people there are great . But he is !!!!
