Absolutely stunning views, beautiful course, that you can instantly tell is one of the best in the state between the squishy soft tee boxes, to the fairways, to some of the best greens I’ve putted on to date! Don’t get me wrong there are a couple others in the running with nice fairways, greens, etc.! But just the most amazing views you get at each hole location is worth a visit alone!! I’ll post some photos but they really don’t do it any justice. This one is a must experience course!! They also have a really nice hitting/ practuce range with a bunker and small green off to the side, as well as a pitting green to use before or after a round!! I’d say this course is made for a wide range of golfers depending on the tees you play. Very nice fairways that are big to play most mishits, but still a very challenging and fun overall experience! 💯⛳️

Fantastic course with immaculate conditions. Very well cared for and wide open for a great experience. No dirt mud bald spots or divots. Highly recommend

We had a fun day with beautiful weather at Canaan Valley Golf Course! The staff was down to earth and attentive. The park superintendent discussed the “course bear”. It was my first time seeing one in person and it was interesting to hear the history of him. The course was in pristine condition and the arts were clean and functional.

The Canaan Valley Golf Course is excellent. Everyone is so nice and Ms. Holly in the club house was great! She is so nice and worked to accommodate me as a walk in with no Tee time. The course is very well maintained, the views are amazing and the rest of the staff are great to work with. If you get a chance to play a round or two, keep your fingers crossed that “good golly” Ms. Holly is there to take care of you.
