Great layout, unfortunately the course is not kept up well. Bad tee boxes, greens are in rough shape and tee times are overbooked creating pace of play issues. I hit this course once a year hoping some of the issues are being worked on because as I said earlier, I really like the layout of the course, but yet again, it's got all of the old problems. Maybe next year.

I had a great time at Locust Hill. I would say it was great value for the ~$55 cost for 18 holes. The course was not in spectacular condition, but it did not need to be. The holes are challenging and the grade is hilly at times. The layout was a little tricky to navigate as the course meandered through the subdivision. I did not expect a beverage cart, but was pleasantly surprised when one came around. We played from the White tees which tops out at about 6,400 yards. Many of the holes challenged you to use something other than driver off the tee. If we played from the Black tees at 7k yards, I probably would have opted for driver more often. All in all, I would describe the course as engaging, slightly deceptive and great value for the money.

Love the course, driving range and putting green. Everything is very well kept until about 3-4 o’clock. I go here consistently around 5 to use the range and they are always out of balls. I get it is busy some days but the staff is younger and lacks the responsibility of picking balls in the early afternoon to prepare for the people who get off work at 5-6. Have heard the staff brag about not doing certain responsibilities because the shift they are on does not require it all the time. Overall this course is great for a morning to mid day round and practice at the range

The course was great and so was Shannon the cart girl. Wayne however was very rude the entire time and made it seem as if he was looking for a reason to kick us out. Because the course was badly managed and t times were backed up, we had a group infront of us that was part of our party so we would wait at the Ts together. He sat behind our group the entire time and kept thinking we were playing with 6 people. Finally at 18 he tried to kick us out because he thought we were playing with a group of 6 again. But we were just waiting on the guys in front of us to get off the fairway. Instead of assuming the worse and treating his customers right, he assumed the worst. I will never be coming back and it seemed like every staff member was familiar with Wayne’s behavior and where we were coming from. Save your money and go to a different course. Wayne, it may be time to just be the owner and not the Marshall too

Our senior group plays there there several times a year. We have been there three times this year and the price is very good . The courses is in good condition. My only suggestion would be a yard marker that you can see from the fairways. The markers in the fairways are sometimes difficult to find.
