Positives - nice clubhouse, friendly staff good practice facility (though not many covered mats for when it’s raining). Negatives - not even close to worth the cost. Course is poorly maintained especially for $120+ weekend round (walking). Tons of bare spots and weeds. The Nile, which costs under $50 to walk is maintained much better and has better greens.

Value: 5 out of 10, too much to make it my once or twice a week home course. Capitalism at its finest so can’t complain, good for them. Condition: 7 out of 10, we played in rain so will give some slack and bump to 7. Felt like it was well maintained. Tee boxes needed some work, see attached. Difficulty: 8 out of 10, loved the difficulty. Definitely not obnoxious and a lot of fun! Lots of thin challenging holes with fun hazards to strategize around. Green Speed: 5 out of 10, felt just right for weekend out with the boys. Pace of Play: 9 out of 10, only waited a couple of times. Beauty: 9 out of 10, really did enjoy each hole. Great course with some great views Weekend with the Boys Rating: 10 out of 10, definitely a course that plays perfectly for the a competitive boys weekend. Overall: 7.3 on the Vogel scale. Loved the views and difficulty which made for a competitive round. The lack of greens keeping details with Seattle prices were the main negatives

The course was in okay shape but lots of dry spots in the fairways. Greens were very slow. The biggest issue was pace of play. After 5 holes we got backed up and never recovered. There was no enforcement and by the turn we were 3 holes behind pace. I will not be back any time soon, which is a shame because I live so close.

Passable, Fun but lacking in amenities. Great course, lots of fun challenging holes. Nice club house with a driving range. First though was pace of play seems to be an issue. Some of the fairways are in need of maintenance either with drainage or bare spots. Roughs we’re extra rough with grass clippings piled along the edges and on the fringe which was annoying. Some greens are great some are dead slow. Overall a mixed back of conditions. Also some tee boxes are canted so just play where it’s flat. My main complaint is there isn’t a single bench or ball wash along the course. If you’re walking bring water because there are no water towers along the course or snack carts so expect no reprieve. Overall I enjoyed the challenging course some views but poor course amenities really had me complaining… worth playing few times a year but not really that great when you can play course like druids Glenn for cheaper.

Like others have said this is a course that I really want to like, but for the cost and condition it can't compare with other area courses. It's a bummer as I live only 15 minutes away in Edmonds. The layout itself is interesting and challenging. Greens are smooth and consistent. Fairwairs are in decent shape. But the problems outweigh the good. First off it cost me $151 dollars to play 18 holes on a Tuesday with a cart and a small bucket of balls! A ridiculous amount for a what amounts to a decent muni. The cart paths are an absolute mess. Might as well just drive down the fairways. And the carts themselves are largely ready for the junk yard. Stinky gas motors that half the time barely start. Our first cart pretty much quit after eight holes and the second one was'nt much better. I don't mind spending $120 for green fees to play a nice course. I'll head to Suncadia for that experience. In the meantime I suggest you play Mt.Shuksan, Battle Creek or Lake Padden for a third the cost. All of which are every bit as fun and intersting as Harbour.
