Great secluded retirement community near many restaurants, grocery stores, and movie theater. It's gated and requires a resident to let you in. They have a nice "clubhouse" with a large gathering room and an indoor swimming pool. There is also an "Executive 9-Hole" golf course within the community that is free to play. The monthly lot dues are a little steep depending on where your home is located. My father-in-law's home is right across from a fairway and has a beautiful view! He has a newer double wide manufactured home that is cozy. The lots are small but there's very little upkeep! I think this is a hidden gem for someone living in their golden years!

Great place to live. Safer than expected. Golf course is well maintained. People are friendly.

Very nice quite community. But one drawback is that one side of the park is very close to the high voltage power lines.
