Love this place There late April..I am not a good golfer but if you want to get off the beaten path, don't need the fancy-and expensive-golf club feel, play for a bargain and get a little exercise at Dakota Creek. Carts have names and it you don't want to hike you better get one.. =) Chlz

This Golf Course offers a challenging layout with narrow fairways, hills, and blind shots that test your skills. The natural scenery, with views of the surrounding forests and a creek running through the course, adds to its appeal. While some areas could use more maintenance, Pam welcomes us warmly and ensures everything runs smoothly. The clubhouse provides a cozy spot to relax after your round. For those seeking a scenic yet demanding course, Dakota Creek is worth a visit.

DO NOT WALK THIS COURSE. Hilly is an inappropriate description. It is like golfing on Mt. Everest. The greens are in decent shape and the course is a lot of fun. Definitely come here and golf but for the love of god do not walk the course. They should warn you. When you look at it from the parking lot it doesn't seem that bad but when you get to the top you can see the ocean. That's how high it goes! Will definitely be back and will definitely need a cart. Extremely disappointed with our groups experience at Dakota Creek Golf Course. I had been in a group of 4 people on Sunday April 19th. I had called ahead of time and asked about prices. The manager, Pam, responded with a price of $50 cash. However, when I arrived with my group- that was a different story and we felt scammed. We were immediately treated very hostile and screaming at me in particular. She raised the prices because I am considered latino, a person of color and treated me differently when my friend, who is white, showed up shortly after. She threatened us with unreasonable damages charges when nothing took place yet. In addition, I turned around to look for my friend and she continued screaming at me for not looking her when talking to her which is absurd. People should reconsider not coming here. We had a horrible experience and expected a positive golfing day, however, Pam felt that her pride and ego get the best of how she treated my group. If you want to get treated like a criminal and get yelled at on false pretenses, Dakota Creek Golf course is the place for you.
