Interesting course. Tons of hills and blind shots which made it very challenging. Great views and well kept.

Wedding post: Where to even start!! There is so much GOOD to say about this place and especially about the event coordinator here (at least make sure you read the part about her!!). . I promise you this long review is going to be worth reading. So just for starters, this venue is GORGEOUS and has multiple options for where you can have you ceremony/reception/cocktail hour, all amazing. Amazing places for pictures. And the bridal and grooms suites are smack dab in the center of all these locations so moving about the day from place to place goes so smoothly. They also have amazing food and drink options and pricing is absolutely reasonable for everything you get and just the venue scenery in general. But the biggest and most valuable part of this venue is absolutely the event coordiantor, Saray McCombs. I cannot say enough about her and I can promise you, it was her who made the most important day of my life absolutely perfect. No stress. No worrying. I actually got to enjoy my big day, because of her. So when we first toured this place there was a different event coordinator who had been there for years and years so my husband and I felt very comfortable and confident. After several months of no replies to emails, we finally found out (4 months before our wedding) this woman had quit and there was someone new. We were devastated. And unfortunately at that time, we let Saray know that and that we were worried because she was brand new to this venue at the time. Not only did she validate my feelings but she immediately started to build a rapport with me by expressing understanding and then talking with me to figure out how to best make me comfortable and make my big day perfect. She literally made me feel completely confident in her within our first conversation because it was so clear how passionate and dedicated she was to the job. Her communication the 4 months leading up to the wedding was phenomenal.. she did not skip a beat. She is very easy to talk to, she listens to what you want and she takes notes on every conversation. She's detailed and organized. And best of all, she executes. Not only did she deliver exactly what we had pictured in our heads but she made it even better!!! She took our dream and made it an even better reality. She worked so well with all of our other vendors too that I literally felt 0 stress the day of the wedding (which I've heard a lot of brides experience a lot of stress..) but not me. She handled everything. The rest of her staff was amazing and they all knew exactly what to do and where to be when they needed to be there. If I could do this all over again, I'd pick her to be my event coordinator time and time again and stroneleigh as my venue. You will not regret getting married in this breath takingly beautiful place and you definitely will not regret allowing Saray McCombs to be in charge of your big day, couldn't be in better hands.

It's a beautiful course with incredible views of nature. The old stone walls and bridges throughout the course are charming. The bugs ate me alive. The new bathroom facilities on the course are excellent. The food service on the course is great too.

Wonderful course to join as a member. Great pricing, especially with the access and amenities that are provided. The course is in great condition even during the winter months and the greens are immaculate. I can't wait for spring and summer to get here so I can really take advantage of the club.

Nice golf course, but the head pro is an obnoxious jerk. Prepare to encounter a sour, condescending attitude as you annoy him with simple golf-related requests. Get rid of that guy! Anyway, the tennis courts are also nice, but uncovered and often occupied by pickleballers. The restaurant is decent and sometimes has live music. They have a basic pool as well, mostly for the kids. Oh, one more negative about the golf course: the main parking lot is situated in the slice zone for the 18th hole. Park at your own risk!
