We have used Glenmore catering for several large parties at our home and at the Glenmore Pavillion over the past 3 years. The Glenmore catering team is terrific and the whole process is smooth. It starts with Kim who skillfully helps us to think about space, party flow and the best appetizers for each event. The staff at the events have always been wonderfully professional, making sure everything is set up for the party—including giving ideas about table placement. They are very attentive to guests, keep passed appetizers on the move, and make sure that stations are filled and neat. They have the knack of anticipating guests' needs, being there when you need them, but at the same time being quietly in the background when not. The appetizers have always been tasty. We have sampled widely for our events, ranging from the sushi offerings, to the arancini, the wonderful potato and bacon bites, and beyond. At the end, they diligently clean up and leave the kitchen and work area neat and tidy. We won’t plan a big party without them!

We recently hosted our daughter's wedding welcome party at The Club at Glenmore in their outside gazebo. It was just truly exceptional! The venue's stunning views, elegant atmosphere, and impeccable service created an unforgettable experience. The staff were attentive and accommodating, ensuring every detail was handled. Guests couldn't stop raving about the beautiful setting, cozy fire pits, and delicious food. I've had the pleasure of working with the event/catering staff at The Club at Glenmore on at least 6 resident events. The staff is very friendly, efficient and flexible especially when we've encountered weather challenges. The food is delicious, presented well and competitively priced. My wife and I recently had our wedding at The Club at Glenmore, and it was truly everything we could have hoped for and more. From start to finish, the entire experience was nothing short of glorious. Kim and the Glenmore team were incredibly professional, accommodating, and kind throughout the entire planning process. We hosted our rehearsal dinner, ceremony, and reception all at the venue, and having everything in one beautiful location made the entire weekend seamless and stress-free. The food deserves special mention; it was phenomenal. The menu options were so impressive that it was nearly impossible to choose what to serve. Every dish we ended up selecting was delicious and beautifully presented, and our guests are still raving about how amazing the food was. The venue itself is stunning. The grounds provided the perfect flow, from the ceremony site to cocktail hour to the ballroom reception. It felt like an elegant journey for our guests without ever feeling too spread out. The natural beauty of Glenmore created a breathtaking backdrop for every part of the day. The entire staff, from the catering team to the servers, was top-notch. Kim Hayden was amazing to work with. Kim thought of (and remembered) every detail I told her. She was 100% on board with my vision and made it happen. I was able to use my own china which I had collected for my special day. We got married on the 10th Green, had the cocktail hour under the Pavilion and then our reception was in the Ballroom. The Glenmore had a champagne wall for my use, linens, lanterns, bars, and even candle holders. We added some of our own touches, but Glenmore is full service. From the prosecco wall, the the lighted hedge behind our cake, to putting our printed menus in the perfect spot. Our wedding was perfection. The views are phenomenal. The food was delicious - we served buffet style to make sue of my china and the kitchen did it all right. We had plated salads (tomato and mozzarella) then buffet steak, shrimp in grits, gnocchi with vegetables, roasted potatoes and asparagus. Everything was amazing. The Glenmore was so accommodating. They let us add a sparkling rose and rose to our wine choices - which felt so right with our theme. They had a hedge to put behind our cake table, which we added a personalized sign to, flowers and fairy lights. Glenmore let us have a photo booth in the ball room lobby, and we used their gorgeous farm tables to set out framed photos and favors. I had the absolute best time at my wedding. I highly recommend the Glenmore as a venue. It has gorgeous views, super friendly staff, they are diligent and 100% know how to throw a wedding. I have no regrets entrusted them with my special day and I have the absolute best memories. Thank you Kim and Molly!
