We had an incredible experience hosting our event here, and I want to give a huge thank you to Margaret and Seyfi for making it all possible. This was actually our second event here — we celebrated both of our sons’ first birthdays at this venue over the last three years — and both times the experience has been outstanding. Margaret was fantastic from the very beginning — organized, attentive, and genuinely invested in making sure everything looked great and flowed smoothly. Her support made planning so much easier. Seyfi deserves a special shoutout. He was truly exceptional — always nearby if we needed anything, quick to answer questions, and constantly making sure everything was taken care of. His professionalism, calm energy, and willingness to jump in at any moment really stood out. The rest of the staff was just as impressive: friendly, hardworking, and on top of every detail. They helped create a smooth, stress-free experience for us and our guests. Highly recommend this place and their entire team. They helped make our event unforgettable!

I hosted my daughter’s bridal shower here in the Canney Bar upstairs. What a fabulous event it turned out to be. I received raves from all of my guests regarding the food and hospitality from all of the staff. Thanks especially to Brenda for all of her help planning the event with me. She was so attentive to the details and made so many great suggestions. Even last minute changes were handled with absolute kindness. Thanks also to the chef for the fabulous food, John John for the food service and Ryan the sole bartender for 40 people. You were all so friendly and attentive to my guests. I will totally plan another event here in the future!!

If this venue didn’t have beautiful views and good food, I would’ve given it one star. We signed our contract in February 2023 for our November 2025 wedding. In that time, the venue went through five event coordinators. Five. That level of turnover alone says a lot about their management. Because of the constant staff changes, communication was inconsistent and frustrating. I was always the one who had to reach out, only to discover—over and over again—that the person I’d been emailing no longer worked there. Early in 2025, my husband was laid off and we considered canceling the wedding entirely. The coordinator at the time, Brenda, assured us she could help. She offered to convert our event into a banquet using what we had already paid, and told us we would not owe anything further. She even sent us a revised outline showing only a small remaining balance of $94. Fast forward to two weeks before the wedding: a new coordinator contacted us because Brenda had left without notice. We were suddenly told we still owed $4,000, despite the emails, documentation, and the updated information Brenda had provided. Because Brenda’s revised agreement wasn’t physically signed—despite being emailed to us—the venue refused to honor it. I cannot stress enough how shocking and stressful it is to have a venue spring a $4,000 charge on a couple two weeks before their wedding. And today, November 25th, the venue charged the final $2,000 directly to my husband’s credit card without any warning—no call, no email beforehand, just a confirmation email after the fact saying the payment had been processed. Overall, this venue has major issues with communication, transparency, and staff stability. The views and the food are good, but that’s where the positives end. 10/10 do not recommend. If you want a smooth, stress-free planning experience, look elsewhere.
