Best round I've ever shot! 92! M40:26hdc Started really golfing seriously last year but have only played 3 rounds this year (2025). Just had some lucky putts and shots. I really enjoyed the front 9 layout. With an early tee time, I didn't love shooting into the sun on 2. Other than that I have nothing bad to say. $5 for a bucket of balls about 35 was a perfect warm up before the round. The roughs were a bit deep that it was sometimes difficult to find your ball if you ended up in the rough.

Generally enjoyed the course and wish I could give it more stars but some members of the course staff are SEVERELY lacking. Pro shop was fine but not the most welcoming but worse the course marshal working on the day we played. (Dude in his late 40’s or maybe 50’s with sunglasses and a mouth beard) Got after us for being behind pace of the group in front of us even though we had been following right with them for the majority of the front nine until they picked up the pace. In a rude manner told us we needed to speed it up or skip a hole despite the fact that the group behind us was rarely waiting and we had two beginners in the group and another guy struggling to get it anywhere off the tee. Not to mention the fact that the rough here makes your ball sit down so badly that you can’t see it unless you’re within just a few feet. No people skills at all and singled out one member of the group as well just for taking time in preparing to hit a shot. God forbid people actually come out to the course to enjoy the experience the way they want to I guess. 😊 Greens were in great shape though and course is open off the tee! Rough is very penal though and is generally a complete crapshoot in finding the ball even if you barely roll in. Rough could be managed a bit better in order to improve general pace because of the time required to find any ball that goes in it. Just avoid the rough and any grumpy members of the staff and you should have a fun time! Don’t let either ruin your day cause it’s your day to have a great time 😁

Preciousss! Preciousss green grassesss! We wanders into the land of West Jordan, to the Mountain View Golf Course. It is not like the dark, rocky tunnels of the mountains—no—it is soft and smooth for our poors hobbit feet! The masters of this place, they keeps it so well! The grass is green and lush, not nasty and dry like the Dead Marshes. And the prices... gollum, gollum... they is good prices! We does not have to give away our precious gold ringses just to hit the little white orbses. It is a bargain, yes! We had a great time, precious! We ran through the fields and chased the balls away from the nasty water hazards. No Orcs found us there, only peace and the sweet sun on our skin. Five starses! We gives it five bright starses for the beautiful green hillses. If you wants to play with your precious clubs, you must go to Mountain View! We wants to go back, yes we does!

Beautiful course that is playable for all skill levels. Even in a dry season the fairways and greens were well kept, rhe rough was a great length to consider it actual rough, and the staff was great. Gave me a raincheck when weather delayed my work schedule on the initial day of my tee time, then when i was going to play my raincheck we got stuck in bad traffic. The pro shop was very understanding and fit us in as quicly as they could.

The most absolute worst golf course I’ve ever played. Booked a teatime for three people, Proceeded to then call and add a fourth 20 minutes later. They informed me they paired us with a random, but there is a single teatime that they will switch him over to a little bit later so they said we are all set for four people. Showed up 20 minutes before our time and the guy wearing the flamboyant shirt at the pro shop decided to argue and said we can’t go out with four people, and he doesn’t know who we talked to and that we never called them. Had to show them my call logs that I did call them and still wasn’t budging whatsoever until finally our teatime was past 15 minutes and then let us out and slowed down the entire days pace of play. He is not fit to work at a golf course let alone a McDonald’s. The young teenage kid working with him had real customer service ability unlike that bozo. Do not go here
