I was so excited to play this course after looking at the website and seeing the other reviews and pictures. When I got checked in and got my score card I was terribly confused because it was a simple printer paper sheet with boxes for the front and back. I thought maybe they just ran out, but there weren't yardages or anything on the card. When I got to the first tee box I was even more confused because they have changed out the nice hole signs with yards and a map of the hole for some dark plate steel sign that only has the hole number and claw marks for the par. The greens were nice looking but they were not healed from aeration so putting was more like playing plinko. All of the confusion and the greens being so bad led me to get a refund on the back nine. Very disappointing and confusing to play here. Whoever made the decision to change the signs needs a putter to the shin every time he steps foot on the property. Absolutely dumb. Edit after owner response: I totally understand the principles behind aeration and probably should have left that out of my complaint as it is what it is. But to hear that you intentionally CHOSE to get rid of any semblance of useful signage and opted for a sign devoid of any information beyond your nifty dino themed logo, par, and hole number, just makes me wonder what was going on that you thought that made sense. I've never in my life been to any other golf course that only had range indicators on the driving range and nothing on the course itself. You certainly nailed the non-traditional and "memorable" part. I'll never forget how dumb I found it to be. The scorecards, I get you ran out and are waiting on the new ones. But come on, the level of lazy here is just next level. You couldn't have photocopied your old one and printed that? I want to take away another star but it's not the courses fault ownership makes terrible or half-assed decisions.

We were impressed by this course. We played the back nine (walking, not riding. Very walkable. Mix of interesting holes. We went in the Fall and the colors were amazing. The grass on the course was in excellent shape and healthy. We are looking forward to coming back and playing the front nine.

Played this fine course the morning of 16 September 2023 along my journey from Washington State to Ohio. What a stunningly beautiful golf course! Tee boxes, fairways and greens were outstanding. Scenic value of the entire course is exceptional with no development, just beautiful mature trees and waterways. Fall colors were beginning to pop, and the contrast of the green grass with the surrounding brown landscape of Vernal was amazing. Very playable course with a few challenging holes to keep it interesting. Well-maintained carts. Well-stocked, beautiful clubhouse. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Assistant professional Kamon Anderson was one of the nicest young men I've met in a leadership position at a golf course, and I've played 274. He's certainly a valuable asset to Dinaland! I hope to return one day!

This is the best golf course in the area! This is a public course which means it is used by people who don’t always have the best etiquette, but they have someone out there to remind people! Without this beautiful course, we would have to drive over an hour to find a decent one. The team at this course is outstanding and they’re always maintaining and making improvements. Their new simulator is AWESOME, and the fact they have events and send out someone on a cart with drinks and snacks is amazing! Hands down a GREAT place to have for our area! I love Dinaland Golf Course!

Greens are superb , fairways well kept . It's really a fun course , only payed R15 for 9. I almost didn't play this course based on a couple of reviews , but I'm sure they were isolated instances because the staff were so friendly , I initially just wanted to putt , and they said it was ok , then played 9 ...it's one of the best public courses I have played in the US.
