Amazingly run and operated; well manicured; worth the drive from SLC area and all the surrounding area to play.

Going to be honest the only reason it’s a 1 star is because I can’t go lower on the review. We wanted to come out and enjoy a nice round of golf with some family that we don’t get to see too often. I called around 10:30 in the morning to set a tee time and the earliest they could get us out was 5:37 pm. We originally had it for 3 golfers and my pregnant wife who wanted to watch. I called again about 10 min later to reset our tee time when we found out my uncle and his little boy were coming with us. As I talked to the guy on the phone he said we were good to have 4 adult golfers and a little boy who has never played before but was wanting to learn how to golf. He also mentioned that when we came down to mention are phone call and that he mentioned we were good for technically 5 golfers. However when we got down there hours later for are tee time the guys behind the desk especially the older probably pro was extremely rude, talking down to us wouldn’t listen about my phone call experience and forced us to split up saying we couldn’t have a group of 5. So clearly they lied when I was told we could go out as a group of 5 and they denied it and were rude. I told them I would pay for 9 with a cart and my pregnant wife would tag along. After we all paid and went down to the carts my dad realized he didn’t get his cart key and went back in to grab it coming out furious because they accused us of not paying for everything and forced him to pay right there for a spectator fee for my pregnant wife when they knew she was riding with me. They also rudely refused my idea of having us go as a group of 5 but having the little boy hit and then pick up and hit from one of our shots but they wouldn’t listen. It’s one thing to have policy but another to enforce it so rudely and feel that you are getting talked to and treated like a little kid. Are group was split up and put with strangers an about halfway though the round a marshal came and got after my uncle and little boy an the strangers with them about not keeping up pace of play even though they were behind us and no one was behind them and by the next hole or 2 they were waiting on us and we were waiting on the group in front of us who were waiting on the group in front of them. As someone who works at a golf course for the last 7 years to have an experience like this an the way we were lied to and treated on a small 9 hole not the best conditioned course we will gladly take our golfing elsewhere when wanting to travel away from our home course now and again.

Canyon Hills is great! Fun for all skill levels and offers a casual atmosphere. I never feel rushed here. Awesome pro shop and friendly staff

Course is decent but they act like its a pro course, So don’t plan on taking wife or kids or anything cause unless your golfing they don’t let riders in the cart if you there was a negative rating. I would rate it that.

Great course just very cramped together and you can hit your ball into a different fair pretty easy but other than that pretty good course
