My group arrived on time for our tee time. As we were checking in, the front desk employee immediately spoke to us in a way that felt rude, dismissive, and condescending. We were told that we “didn’t have time for anything” and that we had already been called. While I completely understand the importance of keeping tee times on schedule, there is a respectful way to communicate that to customers. Our teatime was at 2:10 and we arrived At 1:55. She was also rude to our other rider, and he had arrive earlier. The issue wasn’t that we were reminded about timing it was the tone and manner in which we were spoken to. I left feeling belittled and unwelcome before we had even started our round. As paying customers, we expect to be treated with basic courtesy and professionalism, even during busy times. I wanted to bring this to your attention because first impressions matter, and interactions like this can take away from what should be an enjoyable experience. My hope is simply that this feedback is taken seriously and that staff are reminded that clear communication can be delivered respectfully. Thank you for taking the time to read my concerns. I appreciate your attention and hope future guests have a more positive experience.

My group of four was preparing to golf when a staff member came out of the club house to inform us that my baby couldn’t ride in the cart with us while we played. We understood that children under 7 weren’t allowed and were in the process of making arrangements when we noticed another group of four finishing with a child who looked to be three or four in their cart. Extremely disappointed in the consistency of the clubhouse. No problem following the rules, if they are enforced on everyone.

Remuda is an enjoyable and relatively easy course. It doesn't have many water hazards but I still seem to find them anyways. The course is pretty well maintained and it has a nice driving range. Pace of play is pretty slow and there is a high risk of being hit by a golf ball. They stack the groups in tight and many of the fairways run parallel eachother leading to many people playing whatever fairway their ball lands on. Still a fun course though.

This place is normally a great place to play. Today not so much. If you want to group people together that is fine, but then you better make this course PGA regulated and require ZERO music. This isn't the LIV tour. There is nothing more frustrating then being paired with someone who is playing music so loud 3 holes ahead and behind can hear it. Especially if you are a brand new golfer. On that note. This place sends people out every 5 minutes. So you end up being backed up at every Tee-Box and then when you are trying to learn the game you feel rushed because there are 3 other parties waiting behind you. The front desk girl is so rude. I have never been treated so rude at a pro shop. There are 4 other courses within a 15 minute drive, this course is just a fun one to play, but I don't know if it is fun enough to be treated like crap and feel like you are golfing in a rave where the Marshall does nothing about it.

The course marshals are essentially useless. The front desk staff was decent, but that’s about the only positive experience I had. The bigger issue is the attitude of many of the golfers here — they act like they can do whatever they want and have no respect for anyone else on the course. It feels like this place attracts golfers with a “pro” attitude but none of the responsibility. Too many players seem to think they have a personal caddy following them around and won’t take two seconds to repair their own divots — whether it’s on the tee boxes, fairways, or greens. I’ve played courses that were in much worse condition and still had a better experience because people actually cared about the course and respected each other. Unfortunately, this was not enjoyable. I would avoid this place — there are plenty of better courses in the area where you’ll be treated better and have a much more enjoyable round. Eaglewood, Bountiful Ridge, Mt. Ogden, The Barn, Riverside, Valley View, Davis, and so many others. They act like they are the only course in town. Also, I believe they deleted my first review. So this is my second review of the horrible golf course and patrons.
