New subdivision for over 55. Properties well laid out and beautiful homes. Well maintained streets, great restaurant, pool, sport's club, golf course.

I live across the street from Chambers Creek on Calvary Road. We used to have a quiet, rural area. This eye sore of a community has ruined all that. The traffic on our small road has become unbelievably congested and loud. The houses are packed together like sardines. They leave lights burning all through the night, inside and outside of the houses, ruining the migratory routes of birds. The construction causes constant noise pollution. And every time there's even a remote breeze, ten pounds of trash blow into my front yard.

Very nice 55+ community but it's selective.

It is gorgeous if you can afford the HOA fees!

I consider this the best course I have ever played. The greens are fast and true. The fairways are so wonderful. It feels like the ball is always tied up. I flat loved it. Rudy Guajardo
