The Healing Springs team is both knowledgeable and thorough. I have had the pleasure of hosting one of their events, and their precision on planning was remarkable. Having the honor to hear Rachel speak was a joy. Rachel knows her stuff, and I am sure that carries over into their practice for high impact.

I was told by Bill in admissions they had “never dealt with anyone so resistant to the 45 day program” after simply asking him if they offer 30 day long programs or if it had to be the full 45 days. (30 days isn’t abnormal for most places). Asking for help is hard enough. To be met with judgment and hostility and a “one size fits all” approach makes it much harder. Not everyone can be away for so long. We have lives, jobs, etc. I would’ve hoped they’d be more concerned with actually helping people, but it does kinda seem they’re more concerned with profit and getting people to stay as long as possible. As I told Bill, getting some help is better than getting none at all. I recommend people look elsewhere because this place seems to lack integrity.

We are so thankful for Healing Springs Ranch and how they have helped our son. HSR prioritizes mental health which makes them a true dual diagnosis facility. They help deal with mental health issues whether the client is an addict or not. HSR encourages family involvement. They also vet and help with options for the next step after discharge. Every person we have dealt with has been very professional and so caring. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you so much!!!❤️❤️❤️

The people here are very mean and rude and unwelcoming. Don’t expect that southern hospitality here! The people in the northeast are infinitely more welcoming to outsiders. On the contrary they do right by introducing meditation and mindfulness into their recovery module as meditation is the key to recovery. This place initially made me worse. But eventually I took their advice and began regular meditation practice and now I will never need rehab or meetings or any of that nonsense ever again, I’m certain. So the program was good just the execution was very poor.

Healing springs is the best place ever! Helped a family member get sober. Sober for 10 years!
