Olmos is one of the top munis you can play in Central Texas near to Willow Springs and Northern Hills. You can’t beat the price anywhere and thanks to the rain the course is in fantastic condition. It’s wide open and friendly, yet with plenty of ways to get yourself in trouble if you can’t find the fairway.

Played Olmos today 3/22/26. I wanted express gratitude to the staff. Pro shop recalled a scheduling situation i experienced. Cashier and management showed geniune concern and resolve. On a very hot afternoon beverage attendant Mia made it a point to be available with a great personality and attitude at least 4 times in the 4 hours. Course fairways were grown in, greens rolled true and as I mentioned to golf buddy the water was extremely cold. Great hospitality today Olmos staff

Golf courses in great shape pretty clean. I frowned upon cart path only but was told after 12:00 today that we could use the carts on the Fairway, but every time we tried we had to back up and return where we entered.

Should have been a 4 star review, but Lady tried over charging me when I checked in, then got hassled about my tee time and cart when I was teeing off and we were on time, not sure where the confusion was with these two but there was four golfers and three carts, could have been four carts if we so chose since each player payed for one. I’m thinking because my buddy brought along his son, who was not golfing, they were confused not sure, just weird. Luckily the course was in decent shape, greens were dry in certain areas, but still had a good time, minus check in.

Been playing Olmos since it opened its doors. It's always been a fun and challenging golf course. Good part of playing Olmos is if you are hitting the ball and putting well you can get yourself a really nice score. Real boost to your ego. Overall the course was in great shape. Tee boxes had grass and the fairways were nice with the ball sitting up nicely on them. The rough was fair and the areas around the greens were well maintained. The greens had a light dusting of sand and I wished they were a little faster. Otherwise it was a great golf day with some old friends.
