Tough course with hills/undulations and in good shape considering the massive traffic. Overall good challenge. Sand traps are brutal since muni players don't care to rake after themselves, and some of the bunker faces had some work done that left difficult situations... Pace of play on 5/15 was really bad. 5.5 hours. Saw a staff member a few times but he didn't seem concerned.

We had originally planned on another course in the area that called us on the way (2/3 of trip there on a 2.5hr drive, ugh) that they were going to be closed due to flooding or rain damage (?). So we "scrambled" to find something else open following storms the previous evening - Cedar Creek was open and in great shape. We had no previous knowledge or experience of this gem. Country Club vibes in a muni' - it was an awesome experience and great outing for our group! We will be back for sure. The staff was great in the shop and the starter/marshal was on point. The times were 10 minutes apart, and that was perfect. We never felt rushed nor held up. The course was cart paths only, which was a bummer, especially considering the hills and amount of walking to/from balls away from the path, but that was minor and didn't take away from the great experience. It also didn't take away from the gapping or speed of the game. Comfortable all day and great pace. The course was in excellent shape, even the recently "v-cut and dressed" greens. They were slower than they should have been, BUT they were consistent, and that's what I want and love. Challenging layouts, hidden/tucked greens, hills, elevation changes (we don't get in Victoria) - it was great.

Wonderful time here. Best “city” course I’ve played that I can remember. Greens are nice. Fairways nice. Challenging. View from tee box on hole 9 is lovely. Also turkey sightings

Such a beautiful and fun golf course. The grounds are kept very nice. The fairways and greens are in great condition. Big beautiful homes all around to add the hill country scenery. There is some awesome topography to play on. I can't wait to play again. I would recommend to anyone looking for a fun and challenging golf course!

Great layout!! Had a wonderful afternoon of golf here. Greens were fast but fair and fairways were in great shape. Only issue was cart path only today due to an inch of rain overnight. We'll be back. Great job Cedar Creek!!
