Absolutely not worth $83, starter says the course in great shape, not true. Take your money elsewhere firewheel and Woodbridge are much better for the price. Avoid this place.

I’d like to start off by saying I don’t like to leave bad reviews. But this place deserves one. Me and My Son pulled up yesterday for around at just before 4 PM. She said go ahead roll out to the first Tee there’s no one in front of you. It’s wide open. We jump in our cart after we load up our clubs, head out to the first Teebox before our scheduled time by about three minutes and there was indeed people in front. No biggie I guess. I really just want to chime in on the horrible condition of this golf course. We are in May Peak, Texas golf season. With that being said, the fairways were something out of a Freddy Krueger nightmare! Rock hard and gouge’s for the length of every hole. And when I say, rock hard, I have dents in my forge irons from hitting off the fairway! Not the rough… the middle of the fairways! Tee boxes are in better condition than the fairways, but are weed traps. The greens weren’t bumpy, but basically they were sandboxes with how much was on there. Sometimes you could see the sand flicking off the back of the ball. If you were 5/7 yards off the fairway Good luck finding anything resembling normal grass or normal rough. Just rocks and patches of rock hard weeds. This place is built to destroy golf clubs! It was a literal nightmare! I’ve played at a majority of golf courses in DFW and was hopeful that because of the green fee rate it would be something to come back to…. This is robbery for $60 Twilight! $60 green fee at 4 PM, rock hard fairways, Sandtrap greens, no cart GPS! And let’s not forget about the random neighbors walking down the middle of the fairways not caring about golf ball flying around their head acting like they own the golf course. I will never return to this golf course and I suggest you don’t until they get their act together. Again, this is peak golf season in Texas! Your course should be at its best. Absolute dumpster fire of a course. 9:32 tee time on July 3rd. Paul is the head pro shop manager and doesn’t even care when you call in to say it’s taken 3 hours to play 9 holes. Oh yeah and they didn’t have enough carts to send players out when we were teeing off at 9:32. Don’t come here.

It’s pretty nice. Par three course is a lil neglected but it’s still fun!

Been playing here for almost 2 years (haven’t been in mit hs though). Came back today and course looked better than it ever did has. I met the new greens keeper (great guy) and is clearly doing an awesome job! Pro shop staff is always great and so are the starters / Marshalls. WV is making some great hires and it’s showing! Hats off
