May 2026 Played early, played quickly. Great $$ value for a senior ($40 riding) Course was in really good shape. Enjoyable & challenging layout. Staff are professional, efficient & welcoming Range & chipping area = A+ Convenient location My experience here is consistently good June 2025. Played Black tees (7015/74.4/132) Pro shop staff was very nice & paired me up. Course conditions (tees/fairways/greens) were in great shape. Greens improved from 2024. Pace of play: 4 hours (walking) $$ value very high as senior walking fee =$22 Nice to see youth summer camps, club fitting & instruction happening on the range Challenging layout ! Oct 10, 2024. Played Blue tees (6460/ 70.2/ 125 ). Senior, single - pro shop was very nice & fit me in in a reasonable time. Fairways & tee boxes:8/10 & in great shape (ProTip here is to hit in in the short grass ) Fairways generous, water & sand = danger. Greens : 6.5+ / 10. ( bumpy spots sent balls off line; tough greens to dial in. Rough is tough, particularly near greens. Pace of play: Slow 4.5 hours, waited every hole - popular, challenging course Great value for seniors ($40) Another positive experience! July 25 2023. Great experience! Large / well done range, putting & chipping area with quality practice balls. Active youth program & several lessons gave the venue a good vibe. Pro shop & dining area clean, well done & staffed by friendly, professional people. ( I was a first timer & felt welcomed ) Course 1 from the tips is a solid test Fairways in great shape, water on a # of holes adds challenge. Greens are large ( were airrated which was disclosed at check in ). Should be great in 2 weeks. Good variety of hole design requires shotmaking with a # of different club’s required Pace of play was fast ( 1st group off ). Plenty of tee choices for all to enjoy the course #publicgolf in #NorthTexas continues to impress!

Best value in the USA probably... Great greens, rolling 11 like a country club. perfect fairways, some challenging holes, amazing value for money, can walk it on weekends for $39... can't say enough good things about this course.

We had a 40-man 'Ryder Cup' style event here with half the players from outside the area and the other half never played the two courses before. We all had a great time and the courses were a lot of fun to play. We played Course 2 from the tips because we were playing a 2man scramble and we had players from scratch to 18+ handicap and it was enjoyable for all. I think had we played from a closer tee, it would have taken driver out of our hands and made the course play a lot more strategic. Playing the back tees allowed our players to hit more drivers and take changes and it made for a more enjoyable experience. Course was in great shape and the greens were really nice. Fun layout with enough challenge to make you work and think how you want to attack each hole. We played Course 1 in the afternoon and the beginning of Course 1 is pretty simple but then it adds some character throughout the round. Course 1 is longer than 2 so we played one box up and two boxes up based on handicap. Still needed to hit go shots but you could spray it a little more on Course 1 and get away with hit compared to Course 2. Course conditions from 2 to 1 was basically the same, very well maintained. The greens on 1 (older course) were a little slower than 2 but still rolled really true and had good pace. Ronny was great to work with setting this up from outside the area and the bar & grill staff was friendly. We will definently be back in the future when we return to the Dallas area for another on of these events.

Shaff was horrible! Ran out of carts, and finally got ours 10 minutes after our tee time. The pace cart appeared to only be doing circles around the club house, as the group in front of us caused us to have a 5 hour round. The course is actually pretty nice, but the staff could use an overhaul!

Awesome public golf course kept in great shape. We played course #1 which was a nice challenge for myself. Plenty of hills and bunkers. Greens, fairways, and tee boxes kept in great condition. We went on a Saturday afternoon and it was definitely backed up. We waited quite awhile on the back 9, but it was a gorgeous day and what do you expect on the weekend. The range looked nice but we didn’t use it. Will be back!
