Very, very nice golf course. Well maintained and worth the weekend price. Greens and fairways freaking great shape!!!!! Unlike other places where they don't maintain and outrageous prices. The last time I played this course was probably 15 years ago, it was in terrible shape due to renovation. But I have to tell you it's not the same course and they have done a fantastic job. Big props to the PGC's team and greenskeepers!!! I'll be back and it's worth every penny!! One complaint lol no cart girls! Highly recommended course!!. Go play some Pearland Golf!! You won't be disappointed!!

Been an anniversary member at Pearland Golf Club off and on for several years. Really good deal to play golf for 225 a year. RECENTLY FOUND OUT THAT THEY ARE GOING TO RAISE PRICES BY 400%. 75/MONTH and you still will have to pay to walk. This is a solid course , but new management is making changes that is going to run off a lot of people. Since the recent pro, Matt Scadden left, this place has not been the same. Matt was great at organizing several tournaments a year (we have not had one in 2026).l.lJust one of the things that just is not the same. Pearland is a decent course that is in solid shapre, but a 400% price increase just does not make sense.

The course was very wet today. As an Anniversary Member I play here often. I have been playing through the rough shape of these greens. I have been told that the team is working the greens, but I see a little progress at best. The greens have been struggling for some time now. So on the back nine there is only 1 green that is good and that green is #11. The other 8 greens are not so good. See the pictures. I do not recommend you come here and pay full price Don’t go to Clear Creek either. They are on 18 temp greens. You can only throw so much sand and aerate so many times before you need to do something different. Pearland spent lots of money on cart paths. Lots and lots of money. It’s time to do something different 6 months into your damaged greens situation. It’s not too long ago I was told by June the greens should recover. Well, we are still waiting.

2025 -October at the response of the golf club, I came here with 2 friends today, the greens and course were in great condition. What a turn around! I’m super pleased and will put you back on our play list! Thank you. Dennis Houston Players Club - Meetup group. 2025 update the greens are pitiful. Won’t be returning anytime soon. 2023 I had a pleasant experience here on Saturday. The fairways were a bit wet from the recent rains here so it was cart path only. We managed ok. The driving range was closed for similar reasons. Overall the golf experience was good. The holes were pleasant snd challenging. The greens were very well kept, but the greens keeper had it out for us with extremely challenging hole locations. Very hard to make a 3 putt here as the greens are undulating and sloping. The afternoon rates were not too bad around 63$ for 18. While all the tee times were sold, it did not appear crowded. We were able to play at a leisurely pace.

The course is in pretty good shape. Then the rain started pouring today and the fairways began to pond.
