Very nice facility. The fairways and greens look great. It has a bar. The pro shop has a fair amount of options and friendly staff. The golf carts look and run good. The course is not flat like most in the area so that’s a plus. The driving range is one of the best I’ve seen it has a sitting area and a lot of space for people.

Overall, Ratliff Golf Course was in great condition, and we had a good experience. The course was well maintained, and we enjoyed our round. The only disappointing part was the beverage cart service. We played all the way through the 9th hole without seeing the cart once, even though we were hoping to buy drinks and alcohol. When we finally saw the cart girl, she was stopped at the parking lot talking with a group of guys. One of them sitting in the cart with his arm around her, and they had appeared to have been there chatting for quite a while instead of her driving the course. We ended up missing the opportunity to buy anything, which was frustrating since it was a hot day. Other than that, everything else was great. I hope the beverage cart service can be more attentive in the future because it would make the overall experience even better.

I stopped by this golf course for a quick round of practice at the driving range and was blown away by the sheer beauty of the course. It was like stepping into another world and I didn't feel like I was in Odessa. The driving range was well-kept and the facilities were top notch. The range itself was a great length and had plenty of targets to keep you focused. Beyond the driving range, the course is very well-maintained and showcases the splendor of the surrounding terrain. The staff were welcoming and accommodating, and made me feel right at home. It's clear that they take great pride in their course. I would highly recommend this golf course to anyone seeking a stunning and serene golfing experience - it's unlike anything else in Odessa!

Abysmal driving range, grass looks awful, no yardage marks, subpar pin placement, and not to mention the awful mats they have there, on top of that there chipping green has been closed down for the longest time. Pro shop employees are always extremely rude for no reason unless they personally know you or you’re a regular. One employee was blatantly lying that the range was closing early despite there being 10+ people still there swing with plenty of balls left in their bucket but was more than happy for me to just pay for the coins . The course itself it’s below average for how much they charge per golfer, fairways are decent at best, greens are subpar, and the tee boxes at every single hole are an absolute mess. You figured for the 50$ they charge each round you’d actually see some decent groundskeeping

I’ve played Ratliff plenty of times, I enjoy Ratliff and its staff, they’re always professional and fun to be around, being out here in Odessa is challenging to keep up with a course as it is for my grass at home and they do great work, thank you for everything Ratliff team, I will continue to come back with Family and Friends.
