All and all a good, enjoyable course. Green fees are fair. The greens and fairways could have been in a little bit better shape but it was August in West Texas so I’m sure it’s a challenge to maintain under the conditions. Staff and other players were very friendly. The Monahans High School golf team was there practicing. They were very well behaved and respectful on the course. I would be happy to play here again when in town.

Course is decent, new management sucks, they'll treat it like it's a top notch PGA course.

The course itself is great, but the marshal’s attitude takes away from the experience. He communicates poorly and can come across as disrespectful to paying customers. Even when you’re keeping pace and on time, you’ll still feel rushed and unable to fully enjoy your round, especially when he’s on duty.

Worst golf experience ever, looked them up on the internet, $25 green fee plus cart, reasonable, drive an hour and a half and magically since I don't live in their county it cost me $81 to play(no mention of this on their website), marshal up your butt half the round, their hours say 8:00 am to dark, we were halfway through the 18th with plenty of sunshine left and they shut our carts off, I would strongly suggest checking out some other courses like Hogan, big springs,andrews ect.

The most unprofessional staff I have ever encountered at a golf Course. Marshall followed us around the course all 18 have no idea why? T time was at 9am apparently they predict the weather and open when they want. They ended up opening @ 11am. No Email or Nothing on them being closed drove a hour to see a paper on the door. Not worth it at all.
