I've been on hold for 20 minutes! The staff is young and careless. One of the waitresses knocked my glasses off the table and nearly stepped on them. They are scratched. Didn't bother to pick them up or acknowledge her mistake. I asked Jackson to turn down the music he told me to go ask the restaurant instead of doing it himself since he works there! They are rude on the phone like they're annoyed. They hardly answer the phones. Then maybe you should update your website to include information your members need like all the other diving ranges. The range itself is a joke. The music is always blaring loudly you can't hear yourself think. They close the range often, they've been doing construction for over a year now. It's always muddy. The course itself is okay, not the worst but definitely needs to be cared after. The food is bar food nothing special. Just grease. The ice water that have sitting by the bar is a nice gesture but how about y'all make sure it's clean. Cancelled membership a month ago and don't recommend unless you're looking to waste money and be frustrated. This place is terrible

I’ve come here a few times to eat and the pizza is fire. Emma is a great server with exceptional customer service. I recommend requesting her 100%. Love this place for dinner.

This is a great course. With 6 par 3’s I get two extra chances at a hole in one. The covered driving range creates a nice evening party atmosphere. The boom food is GREAT, salads are awesome, pizza is amazing and the Buffalo chicken wrap is the best. The staff all around is young and lively. My only complaint is I can’t take a cart to load and unload my bag. Suggest the new owners use the space behind the cart barn to make a golf cart load circular driveway.

I'm a member at Frisco Lakes and have been contemplating adding Westridge, but in good consciousness cannot. The guys in the clubhouse are truley nice enough, but the 19th hole staff is sorely lacking. They are completely unfriendly. I've had too many instances of my order wrong or them being dismissive. I'm don’t what's going on, but they need to take a lesson from the staff at Frisco Lakes. I absolutely love those those guys. Great golf and atmosphere in the clubhouse, but the restaurant staff is homogeneous and unfriendly. I'll pass.

Played today for here first time in a long time. Conditions were great for late July. Staff was friendly and the pace of play was awesome! Foursome finished in 4 hours teed off at 10:20 done by 2:15, that seems to be un heard of at DFW public courses. Will play again soon.
