I have been a member for 5 years. The communication is horrible. The service, for a private club, is awful and has gotten worse over time. They don't train anyone, they really really don't care about the members and they have general disdain for kids. The best thing they can do is get new management. The members are the only reason to stay. Update- I would be remiss if I didn't mention a couple of aces. The club does have a couple of stellar employees who 'get it'. Tara and Lana are absolute gems in the grill. Provide great service, work hard, know the members. Also, Dan in the pro shop is a very good dude. Those 3 are all about helping the members. They have succeeded in this environment and I think would succeed anywhere they decided to hang their hat!

No place like Eldo. Lushy, curvy, and tight. Dig the staff, dig the spot, dig the tennis scene, too. Thanks for the new greens. Sucked having to play other courses last year, but worth it.

Love the atmosphere and tennis and racket sports. The golf courses are good. Not great. Overall tho, the club is one I’d join. And, I’m a golfer

Eldorado, if is was not my quick go to place for golf and hangout. I would not recommend this place, lately the service has been awful. The restaurants need to hire appropriate staff members to handle their multiple events. We went recently to their taco and tequila event and they had a baseball banquet, kids eat free night, mahjong and a golf tournament, with 4 waiters and 2 bartenders. We did not get any service, our food and drinks orders didn’t come. We had to walk to the bar to get any service and unfortunately we had to go get food at chipotle to bring back to the club because the wait was so long! We have been members for years and never have this happened this bad. We love going to the local club and the Reno looks great, but the service needs attention.

Under 40 golf program is the best value anywhere. Great mix of youth and veteran members. Great golf course. New and updated renovations. New greens, new pool bar / locker room. Sunday Brunch is legit. Omelettes are perfect 👌 It’s come a long way since being bought out by Encore Leisure Group.
