The food is amazing! My husband and i enjoy going on the weekends. The customer service is great as well. We always feel very welcomed. Mary is a great bartender, she makes the best drinks!

i wont speak much on course conditions its been bad for the last 20 years. But the new policy of turning in your ID to rent a cart is absolutely ridiculous as well as the fact that you cant take the carts to the range. Ive never played a course that had a policy like this not to mention a course of this quality implementing this type of policy feels like a joke. The carts are not the problem, the conditions and prices you charge to play arguably one of the worst courses in south texas is the problem with this course. The Max is a short drive and has more competitive prices. The same gimmick is said every time to improve the course we need more money. its been 20 years and this course hasn’t changed much. This course has reached a new level of ridiculous with these new policies. EDIT: in response to your reply, I have played a large variety of courses throughout the US, not one has had this policy implemented. It sounds ridiculous to say it is industry standard when it does not seem like it is implemented by many courses especially no high end golf courses. No where in my comment did I mention any staff. My issue lies with this abusrd policy and the fact that you do not allow carts to go to the range. Also I do not know who you have attempted to reach out to but it was not me. I have not received a single text or call from anyone associated with casa blanca golf course. It seems very disingenuous to reply to my comment stating you have attempted to reach out to me or addressing staff when I never commented on the attitude of any staff. My issue soley lies with the polices you have implemented regarding carts.

This place is an absolute mess from start to finish. The front 9 is under construction, but of course there’s zero mention of that anywhere online, so you don’t find out until you are about to pay. The course itself feels neglected and slapped together nothing about it says “professionally run.” The pro shop wasn’t any better. The staff looked like they’d rather be anywhere else and acted like helping customers was a burden. No greeting, no effort, no hospitality. The bar staff followed the same theme rude, dismissive, and totally uninterested in basic customer service. Not exactly the vibe you expect when you’re just trying to enjoy some food after a round. Then there’s the cart policy. Requiring an ID to use a cart? Ridiculous. I’ve played at countless courses and have never seen this it screams “we don’t trust our customers.” And when it came time to return the cart, there was no signage, no direction, nothing. I went where I logically thought carts should go and was snapped at and redirected like I’d done something wrong. Sorry for not being a mind reader at a course I’ve never been to. To top it off, the guy checking the carts hovered over me like I was returning a luxury rental car, inspecting it like he was hunting for a reason to complain. It was awkward, uncomfortable, and completely unnecessary. For anyone visiting from out of town save yourself the frustration. This place is poorly run, unwelcoming, and clearly not interested in improving or listening to feedback. I’d give zero stars if I could.
