Today, I visited for the first time with my parents who traveled a long way to see me. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and their thoughtful service truly touched our hearts. This is my parents’ first time in the United States, and during their stay, this will be the only place they visit. Thanks to the wonderful team here, they now have such a beautiful first impression of America. The detailed and caring help meant so much to us. Because of you, Cinco feels like a wonderful place to live. Thank you all for making this experience so special for my family.

Like several before me have stated, the 2 stars are given simply because of the staff. The pace of play was good once we jumped a hole in front of a guy teaching lessons on the course. Not joking..each shot was a group session with instructions followed up by balls being sprayed in every direction... which wouldn't be as bad if it weren't at the 8AM tee time! (Marshall never made an attempt to correct issue) Course was still hard pan in areas but overall not as bad as some I've played recently. Due to lack of rain, hard to blame them for that. Biggest issue is the greens! Or lack there of... They're HORRIBLE and unplayable! Don't take my word for it, look at the pics! At least 16 of 18 of the holes were disastrous!! The part that pisses me off the most is NOTHING was said by the staff when making tee times or checking in. No discounts were offered either. Definitely not worth $120+!!!! Not worth half of that... After reading the rest of the reviews, pissed off is compounded due to the replies... simple words! NOTHING has changed and they continue to deceive and rake in unearned money!! Don't worry...I've left reviews on multiple golf sites warning of the issue! Stay away until they FIX the problem! Spend your hard earned money elsewhere!

It is interesting the staff in the pro shop are fantastic, welcoming, attentive and have a full service attitude. I am just coming back to golfing after recently retiring and they make you feel great about the experience. I am going to rate them very high but please do be advised as follows: If you read reviews, many of the one star ratings are regarding one particular employee that works outside the pro shop. I am not going to name the individual but they are spot on. It is true that they have one person there that they should fire that works at the ball handout hut. Most of the other staff that work the same job there are respectful and do their job well. Mr. one star does play his little mind games, has an attitude, and makes inappropriate jokes as well. I am surprised someone has not sent him for some emergency dental work. I will say that I totally agree with the folks that have complained. He has the ability to really put a cloud over what should be a completely positive experience. I do believe this place is overall very professional and rate it high. On my last visit, it seems like mr. one-star may have been coached.

For a course that charges $100, I had a really disappointing experience at Golf Club at Cinco Ranch. The course conditions were far from what you’d expect for the price. The greens were in terrible shape — covered in dirt spots and patchy areas that made putting frustrating and unpredictable. It honestly felt like they haven’t been maintained properly in a while. The pace of play was another major issue. The course was extremely slow with little to no effort from staff to manage it. Waiting on nearly every shot makes the round drag on way longer than it should. To make matters worse, the drink prices were ridiculous. $11 for a single High Noon is pretty outrageous, especially considering the overall quality of the experience. For the money they charge, you’d expect much better course conditions, better pace management, and more reasonable prices. Unfortunately, this round was a letdown and I will not be back. I’m very sad to say it reminds me of cypress lakes right before it closed permanently.

Golf course in terrible condition, greens, the worse shape in 20 years I have been playing there. Not going back. Working crews working on Saturday with heavy machinery and they don’t care you are playing, they don’t move out of the way.. $119 per round, I felt I was been robbed. Pics from 18th green attached
