The views of the Mandalay Canal and Lake Carolyn were absolutely beautiful, and the pedal boats were clean, well-maintained, and easy to use. A great place to spend the day relaxing, playing golf or attending an event. The grounds are beautiful and the staff is friendly and helpful. The food was absolutely delicious.
