Well...course is actually quite fun!!! I do not recommend going on holiday vacation weeks, because it is a 1st tee melee....you can expect a gallery behind you while teeing off. It does smooth out after a few holes. I also do not recommend going later in the day, for sunset golf. I don't know how they do it, but they managed to get the center of the sun to accompany you throughout your 18 hole round. It's actually a quite impressive feat!!! Lol Honestly, it was fun, if you want a good not too serious round...yes, absolutely. Definitely not for everyone though.

Fun place to play, usually play a saturday skins game at noon with Carlos whose a member their that they protect. Usually after you finish your round you can pay Carlos who pays a grounds keeper I think Israel is the name 5-10 bucks a person for your group to play again. Usually play a scramble with 10-16 people so that’s like 150-200 bucks in their pocket to play 5-7 holes all at the same time. It’s pretty fun to have a group of 16 all tee off at the same time. You Can bring your own beer or bottles they don’t check coolers so no need to worry about being checked. Their beer is a bit expensive but the only reason to go is no tee times. Don’t bother defending your self either it’s a no tolerance place. You will be blaned

Would have given 5 stars, but the old school, prehistoric method of operation at this course disqualified it from receiving 5 stars from me. No online booking, no tee times allowed, no regard for pace of play. 36 carts ahead of me when i pulled up at #1 tee box! I thought i was having a bad dream. Of those 36 carts, every cart had 2 players. So, 72 people teed off on the 1st tee box while i waited!!! Never seen anything like that on any other course! And u already know, out of the 72 who teed off before me, I'd say about 6 percent of them were good golfers. Once i got past the 1.5 hr wait at teebox #1, the pace wasnt too bad!! The course itself was surprisingly amazing, especially the layout. The green fee and course conditions make River Terrace a great choice for anyone wanting to play a nice track at an unbeatable price!

Ever since we got here there is a problem. It’s Saturday & it’s busy ofcourse but we feel rushed by staff although we are being very patient of those ahead of us. Assuming and stating we were “Seeing riding on green” ! When we weren’t ! And just picking up on everything we were doing. Decided to just leave because we felt uncomfortable
