The course is dated. The tee box were exceptional, fairways were not cut well you couldn't tell the fairway to the rough the greens had a lot of repair work done so it wasn't smooth. Too many maintenance works on the course not working and in the way. For the price point paid I'd rather go to another course for the money and get better quality sorry not sorry. Do better.

I am a beginner- it is very crowded now before it was less crowded less rushed and a bit more fun but it does need alot of work some rough greens, overgrown sand/mud traps and hard to find Balls at times when they cut and leave grass clippings in the rough. Bathrooms are ok, they work but often lack soap and men's uses a hose attached to the sink out towards the 4th hole. Good for a beginner to play on :) would be better with LESS college and highschool kids.

Played July 3rd. 1 man walking. Walked in to club house, they understood and gave me a 1240 tee time (It was 1220 for refrence). Overall fairly decent course, trash on tee boxes that could be cleaned up but holiday weekend i understand. Pace if play was slow due to a couple of 6somes in carts playing 2 balls each. If I could offer a suggestion have more water jugs on the course. There wasnt but 3. Overall not bad, greens fees were reasonable and staff was friendly. TLDR. Decent course, trash on tee boxes, greens were 6 out of 10. More water on course. Id play again.

Greens aren’t 100% but you can make it work. Putting not so good because of the conditions around the hole, but other that this is a great course. Staff are always friendly, great layout & residents are very nice. Get a DEAL, go here to play and have FUN!

I genuinely don’t know whether this place is a golf course or an elaborate social experiment to see how much disappointment one person can endure in 18 holes. Whoever owns and manages this facility should sell it immediately… preferably to someone with a pulse and a willingness to spend money on something other than collecting greens fees. The craziest part is that the layout is actually decent and has unreal potential. Under competent ownership, this place could be a true hidden gem or even a country club-level experience. The course conditions are beyond bad they’re insulting. Fairways look abandoned, greens resemble a biology project, and the overall maintenance makes it seem like nobody has cared in years. I’ve seen better turf in highway medians and vacant lots. That being said, no I don’t expect every course to look like Augusta National. The staff appears to have all the golf knowledge of someone who accidentally wandered in looking for a miniature golf course. Customer service is nonexistent, and the entire operation feels like nobody in charge has ever played, managed, or even visited a respectable golf facility. Then there’s the pro shop. Calling it a pro shop is generous. It looks like the sporting goods section of a Goodwill after a clearance sale, yet somehow everything is priced like it’s a luxury resort. The audacity to charge premium prices for bargain-bin merchandise is almost impressive. This place is the definition of wasted potential. The layout deserves better, the golfers deserve better, and honestly, the property itself deserves better. Until new ownership or management takes over and injects some life and money into this disaster, save yourself the frustration and play literally anywhere else. Most of this would be forgiven if they priced it to match the value… $60 is asinine
