Course layout is pretty neat, we enjoy it. Pricing is good. The staff were super welcoming everytime we have been here. We have never had a problem booking here no matter the time; early or late in the day.

There is not a word in the English language that properly articulates how bad this golf course is. I had never played there before 3/8/2026, and it was so bad I wasn’t even upset. I was fascinated. There was trash everywhere, and when I say everywhere, I mean the streets of India are cleaner than this course. Behind hole three in the woods there was a tent made out of blankets where someone was clearly living. The amount of weeds on the greens was insane, and they seemed to be multiplying faster than bacteria in a petri dish. The course does not drain well, which would be fine if there were at least some basic maintenance. There isn’t even a single ball-cleaning station anywhere on the course. The geo-fencing on the carts would start screaming while I was standing on tee boxes on multiple occasions. And speaking of the tee boxes… they were mostly mud, almost no grass, and completely unlevel. There is also no clubhouse. It’s just a trailer. From what I’ve read in other reviews, it burned down. Some people say it’s going to be rebuilt and the architect is holding it up. Others say the owners took the insurance money and moved to Florida. I have no idea what the truth is. What I will say is this. I actually recommend playing this course at least once just to experience it. If it somehow manages to stay open, at some point someone is going to make a feature-length documentary about it, and at least you will be able to say you played there.

For the price this is a good place for beginners to learn the game. The course has issues with conditions but in Texas weather what course doesn't. Seems like an easy layout but when ya play it there are some unique holes that call for the correct shot. Would recommend for the price and the opportunity to play something a bit different.

If I could give zero stars I would, for starters my group booked the 1st time of the day 6:44, the employee didn’t open the pro shop until 6:40 and then proceeded to take 10 minutes before opening the doors to the public, then by the time we get to the box they let 3 groups tee off before ours, concerning but whatever, the condition of the front 9 isn’t great but it’s nice for the price however on the back 9 the experience turned sour. My Group and I were harassed by the course Marshall 6 times about “our pace of play” eventually leading to full blown arguments on course, mind you the entire time he’s screaming at us to pick up pace the nearest group is 3 holes behind us, if there was a problem it definitely wasn’t us, ruined the experience for me.Then when asked why him and his coworkers were late this morning and why the 3 groups got to go off before us his response was “I don’t care about that you need to worry about your slow golf”. Also proceeded to ask him if we’re slowing everyone down then why the course pacing system on our cart says we’re 11 minutes ahead and the tee box is wide open his response was to scream like an irate child that we “NEED TO PLAY FASTER CAUSE I SAID”. Truly mind blowing to know senile old men are allowed to scream at paying customers like this. Not that it matters but by the time we had finished our round, talked for a second, put the clubs up, returned the cart, and spoke about the Marshall to the shop the group directly behind us was just walking off 18 green. We finished our round just over 3 hours 45 minutes and the staff even said the course expects 4 hours to 4 hours 15 as pace. Overall The Course Condition could be better but with the addition of senile Course Marshalls wearing snuggies acting like god I will never play this course again. A genuine zero stars.
