The interesting part of playing here is that you literally play golf right by the border 🤣 You see the cars passing by both sides of the border, need to be careful when you drive out your balls of each hole. like Hole 16 particularly, the reed in between the tee off box and green makes the entire hole ⛳ such a beautiful scenery. And followed by Hole 17, which you'll need to drive your ball over a pond, fun and challenging.

Good course they have a dude upfront mid 30s, who's rude and doesn't know anything but to press a button on the keyboard to charge. Even doing that he struggles. I guess only works there to push buttons. Cant even open the restrooms. All he says, theres a guy out there with keys. No further explanation. Had to get the grounds keeper or guy who closes up the course and he was super nice and opened the restrooms so I can at least fill up my water. Turns out balding dude had the keys the whole time.

Me and my wife have never played golf before we went to try the practice area rented some clubs got a bucket of balls. We got to put her around for all the 15 minutes before the storm blew in the staff was super helpful and calmed a future bucket of balls. The gentleman was outstanding. They’re very patient and helpful and we look forward to returning.

Grateful for the training/camps available for my child. A healthy way to spend your weekends. For camp, the clubs are provided!! The staff is also very approachable and nice.

I would strongly recommend golfers avoid this course. My friends and I booked 18 holes at Ascarate Golf Course and arrived an hour early so we could warm up and practice before our tee time. After about 35 minutes of practice, we unexpectedly heard our names called and were told to be on deck. We were then instructed to start approximately 10 minutes earlier than our scheduled tee time. We had no issue with that and gladly accommodated the course's request. During the front nine, play was slow because multiple groups were stacked up ahead of us. We spent the entire nine holes waiting on the group in front of us, who were also waiting on another group. We were not upset by the pace, but it was obvious that there was no possible way for us to play any faster. When we made the turn, the group ahead of us was still finishing, so we stopped briefly at the clubhouse for drinks. By the time we reached the 10th tee box, the group behind us had arrived as well. Since we were in no hurry and wanted to keep play moving, we politely offered to let them play through. They appreciated the gesture and proceeded ahead. Halfway through the hole, a course employee approached us in an aggressive manner and immediately accused us of jumping onto the course without a reservation. He never asked what happened and refused to listen when we tried to explain. Instead, he lectured us about allowing another group to play ahead. Then, after we had already started the next hole, he returned and informed us that we could no longer continue our round. According to him, because we had allowed another group to move ahead, we had somehow forfeited our place on the course due to an upcoming tournament. His solution was for us to abandon the back nine entirely and go replay the first nine holes instead. What was most disappointing was not the misunderstanding itself but the complete lack of customer service. No one attempted to hear our side of the story. No one acknowledged that we had started when the course instructed us to, that we had been delayed by groups ahead of us all day, or that we were simply trying to be courteous to another foursome. There was no apology, no effort to resolve the situation reasonably, and no concern whatsoever for the experience we had paid for. The entire interaction turned what should have been an enjoyable day of golf into an incredibly frustrating experience. If this is how management handles customers, I cannot recommend spending your money here.
