The course design is very interesting with some hills making you forget you’re in Dallas. Blue tee boxes can be worked on, but fairway, greens, and bunker are in great condition (Loved the bunkers). Extremely scenic and beautiful. 3 Par 3’s on the front and 3 on the back, making it a very fun course. Some holes will remind you of Augusta National. Only downfall is they don’t have water coolers on the course so make sure to bring some on those hot days. You can call to place orders and they will bring food and drinks to you right away. Might be my favorite course in Dallas and will be back repeatedly!!

Nice course, Cedar Crest is actually in much better shape with exception of the sand traps and cost less. I get the nostoigia but 70 dollars for a course that is a bit quirky and B- to C+ greens. Things that that made me go, Hmmmm. I had good time with friends. This course will not for me be on my consumption list anytime soon.

The course was fun, challenging, and in good condition, but unfortunately I would not play here again. I rented clubs and was disappointed by the limited options available for women. There were only two mediocre sets to choose from, while the men's selection included multiple higher-quality options. Considering the cost of both the round and the club rental, I did not feel I received good value for the money. Another downside was the lack of water stations throughout the course. There were no water coolers available, only a few water fountains that were not cold and did not seem particularly clean. On a long round, having accessible cold drinking water is something I expect. To make matters worse, the greens had recently been punched and were covered with sand. I understand that aeration is necessary to maintain healthy greens, but it significantly impacted the putting experience. Conditions like that should be disclosed in advance, and I believe a discounted rate would have been appropriate given the effect it had on play. While the course itself was enjoyable and offered a good challenge, the rental experience, course conditions, and lack of basic amenities made the overall experience disappointing and not worth the money spent.

Absolutely phenomenal golf course with the best views in Dallas, and amazing people! I think that this is one of my favorite courses I've ever golfed at on the planet! The holes are decently challenging, the people are super friendly and, the entire course was rebuilt from the bedrock up in 2011! Spephens Park golf course is a true gem!

This course is in fantastic shape. All the fairways and greens are perfect. The views are even better. It only cost $40-$50 and was more than worth it. Already booked a tee time for next week. 6/17/25
