I really do love playing Oso. I love the distance from the senior tees, I am not a long driver 200-220 avg and I am able to shoot in the 80s. Only playing for 2 years at 60 years old I hope to move back because I'm driving to long at some point but as of now the layout is a blast for me. Plus it's in really good shape considering this sotx heat and lack of moisture. The guys and gals in the clubhouse are really nice as well.

Visiting the Texas Gulf Coast for a wedding and played Oso Beach… We really enjoyed the whole experience. Course is in great shape. Fun layout but this track will challenge you…sand, water and elevated greens. Super friendly staff! Absolutely will be back and highly recommend!!!

Booked here on a trip from out of town. Super fun course. Wide, playable fairways. All 18 greens in great shape. Starter was professional and nice, cart girl was great. Delicious dogs at the turn. Trashcans, at every tee box make for a clean course. Water coolers and cold towels every few holes as well. I cannot wait to play here again.

My father-in-law and I come to Port A once a year. We found Oso Beach golf course 3 years ago and we absolutely love it. It is a very well maintained course and some of the best greens we’ve played. They are definitely challenging greens but roll so good. Only very minor complaint is how thick the tee boxes are. You need the taller tees to make the ball not sit on the ground and if using an iron, you better make purr contact with the ball(I’m not that good so I don’t do that every time😂) or the grass is so thick it’ll grab your club good. No I’m not talking about just completely chunking it. Even just a little grass behind the ball will catch the club head pretty good. Fairways are phenomenal as well! We will be back again next year! Thank you maintenance crew for your pride of the course and a job well done!

Great course, beautiful and challenging especially the back 9. The greens were some of the smoothest and cushy greens for a municipal course.
