I have to give this place 5 stars! We came the last day of summer break, with 3 very new players. 2 adults and 2 kids. They we so friendly. Even when I called they were so helpful. The course is in great condition. They even rent clubs and balls if you need them. PE and putter is all you need. No T’s required. Even the bathrooms were spotless! What a fun day!

Butler Pitch & Putt is an Austin original and it delivered. Super relaxed vibe, great service from the staff, and the perfect way to spend time with the family. Nine holes of par-3 fun right by Lady Bird Lake, no tee times, no stress, just good golf and good memories. Highly recommend.

Driving back to Houston, we stopped and played on July 5th. The staff was amazing and welcoming, the greens were in solid shape. It was HOT, and a couple holes have little to no shade so be ready for that. A few long waits on tee shots but typically in a nice breezy and shaded spot with the beverage cart nearby. All in all, amazing!

If you’re in Austin and haven’t played Butler Pitch & Putt yet… you’re missing out. We brought our team out here for a morning round and it ended up being one of those days you don’t forget. Some great shots, plenty of bad ones, but all good vibes the entire time. This place just feels different. Right along Lady Bird Lake, super walkable, short holes, no pressure at all. You don’t have to be “good” at golf to enjoy it, which is probably why everyone looks like they’re having a good time out there. There’s a ton of history here too. It’s been around since the 1940s and you can feel that local Austin character the second you step on the course. Pro tip: go early. Once that Texas heat kicks in, it’s a different game. Perfect for a casual round, a date, or a team day like we did. We’ll definitely be back!

We’ve loved golfing at Butler Pitch & Putt for years! It’s truly such a special Austin gem. This November, we were lucky enough to have our wedding here, and the entire experience was incredible. Sean and the entire staff were amazing from beginning to end, helping us imagine and create the perfect experience. We were able to incorporate both traditional wedding elements along with unique and fun golf games... all right under the incredible Austin Skyline... it was truly magical! Something we couldn’t have pulled off anywhere else! Every detail felt personal and tailored, and the whole event was unforgettable. Huge thanks to Sean and the team for making our day so special... including the folks at Gimme Burger!! We couldn’t recommend Butler Pitch & Putt more for both a great round of golf and an exceptional event experience!
