This course is beautiful. Very well maintained, equally challenging and fun! We played the creeks course today and will absolutely be back to play the lakes course. Great customer service in lobby and the bar. I love the nature here.

Played the Lake Course at Indian Creek Golf Club near Dallas. It looked easy at first, but I fell apart on the back nine and didn’t score as well as expected. For a “Lake Course,” there isn’t that much water, but I still managed to lose a ball. It’s deceptively challenging—looks forgiving, but has enough bite to keep things interesting. Also spotted a beaver and a turtle during the round, which made the day even more memorable.

Played the creek course this week. Wonderful and friendly staff. Liked the course layout and contour of greens. But the course seems to have drainage problems and smells like sewage. Many bunkers were wet packed sand. We were swamped by aggressive flying ants into our faces and inside shirts, affecting our swing and putting. Course maintenance needs to keep up with beautiful layout and green contour.

BAD RANGE BALLS. The TaylorMade and Calloways range balls that are making your ball go right...it's the ball, it's not you. Tested and proven. Hit $9 bucket of range balls- right OF target. Hit my ball, right ON target. Did a test for the rest.. EVERY range ball was bad. All of my ProV1x right on target. Went and collected my balls and decided, can not recommend for this range and equipment until the balls are replaced. You are not helping golfers improve. Let me know when you have invested in the golfers who spend money on coming to your range by replacing the balls and I will recommend your facility. Until then, fellow golfers: it's not you, it's them. Here's to another round!

My experience at Indian Creek Golf Club was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The day before my scheduled round, I called the course specifically to confirm that I would be able to use my Youth on Course rate for a morning tee time. I asked multiple times to ensure there would be no misunderstanding, and I was repeatedly assured that it would not be a problem. After making the trip to the course and arriving ready to play, I was informed by the front desk that Youth on Course rates were only accepted after 4:00 PM on weekends. This directly contradicted the information I had been given over the phone. Had I been provided with accurate information in the first place, I would never have made the trip. When I politely explained the situation and asked whether any accommodation could be made due to the misinformation, I was met with an astonishing lack of professionalism. Rather than attempting to resolve the issue or acknowledge the course's mistake, the employee became dismissive, argumentative, and unnecessarily hostile. What should have been a simple conversation about correcting an error turned into an uncomfortable and frustrating interaction. To make matters worse, after I questioned the situation, the rate was increased considerably instead of any effort being made to address the inconvenience caused by the inaccurate information I had been given. The response felt less like customer service and more like punishment for raising a legitimate concern. Mistakes happen at every business. What distinguishes a well-run establishment from a poorly managed one is how those mistakes are handled. In this case, there was no accountability, no attempt to make things right, and no regard for the time and effort of customers who relied on the information provided by the course itself. The condition of a golf course can always be improved, but poor customer service and a lack of integrity leave a far more lasting impression. There are numerous courses in the area that treat golfers with respect and value their patrons. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Indian Creek Golf Club, particularly to junior golfers and Youth on Course participants
