Absolutely Stunning in the Fall! Fall Creek Falls is truly magical this time of year. The fall colors are unbelievable—vibrant reds, oranges, and yellows everywhere you look. The trails are crisp and peaceful, the weather is perfect for hiking, and the waterfall views surrounded by autumn foliage are breathtaking. It’s the kind of place that instantly makes you slow down and appreciate nature. Whether you're taking photos, hiking, or just enjoying the scenery, this park is incredible in the fall. Highly recommend visiting!

Best bachelors weekend I will ever have. The warmest it ever got was 2 degrees and I couldn’t have been happier. It snowed about 5 inches over the two nights we were there and the sights were extraordinary, never seen Tennessee like this. I highly recommend Mel’s Old Time’s Diner over in Spencer for breakfast. Prices are incredible and the service is the right type of local. Something I have learned when it comes to winter exploring is that no one else is there with you so you can have way more peace of mind about being comfortably yourself.

We drove out from Nashville, TN to visit this state park and overall really enjoyed the trip. The scenery throughout the park is beautiful and well worth the drive. I was a bit disappointed by the waterfall itself—it was more of a trickle when we visited and not quite what we expected. It felt a little like opening a fortune cookie with no fortune inside. That said, we ventured out to other areas of the park and were rewarded with several truly mesmerizing views that made up for it. Parking near the waterfall was challenging. The lot was difficult to navigate and finding a space wasn’t easy. Despite those challenges, the park was absolutely worth the trip, and we’re glad we made the drive.

We love FCFSP. We stayed for a week around Christmas last year and are doing it again this year. The many trails of the park are always fun to hike. We love the restraunt and bar at the lodge. Great place to relax with a cocktail and some food. Having the general store in the park almost made it so we never had to leave the park. If we needed anything, we just went there.

Beautiful park. Stunning views. Falls Creek waterfall wasn't flowing that well at our visit. Suspention bridge and view is amazing. Piney falls is hard to see but you can hear it. A few places to eat. Snack bar and cafe is a better choice than the restaurant at the resort. The resort restaurant is pricey for what you get. Long wait for 2 fish and fries: they definitely need to change the oil, our fish looked burnt, fries were not hot, 2 drinks from the bar were 25.00. We didn't complain, our server was great and did a good job. Another couple walked out after letting their server know they were still waiting after 30 minutes of ordering burgers and fries. The park overall is stunning.
