Set amid Lake Thompson country near De Smet, this nine-holer pairs gentle movement with open prairie views. It's short on the card but asks for smart targets to avoid awkward angles into small greens. Wind can turn otherwise routine holes into tactical puzzles. Conditions are typically straightforward and playable throughout the season. It's a friendly stop that emphasizes feel over force.

Delicious small town restaurant. The prime rib was amazing, great flavor, portion size, price, and not too fatty. The service was excellent and friendly. The salad bar had limited options, but everything was good and fresh.

This place has changed hands quite a bit over the years. My Moody recent visit was pleasant. I ordered the 16 oz ribeye steak with fries. Also had fried cheese curds as an appetizer. The food was great. The wait wasn't too long either. I definitely recommend stopping by here if you're in town.

Beautiful atmosphere, tablecloths, attentive wait staff. The salad bar is not the best feature of the restaurant. The prime rib was delicious! Large portions and perfectly done.
