What a fabulous golf course! The course is in great condition from the tee box to the green. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Watch out for them gators.

This place is awesome. This morning I went for a round with my Uncle Dave who works at this place and everyone was super friendly. The course was absolutely GORGEOUS. Water features galore, very well kept greens and fairways. Tough course. Lots of places to lose your ball forever but ill tell ya, what a great time we had. So happy with our experience at this place. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend! Beautiful course, amazing staff. We had trouble at the gate (you only need a real ID, but the personnel at the gate was asking us for a different pass called dbids) The director Andy called us, drove up to the gate to help us get in, waited until we were through, and then drove ahead of us to the course! He apologized about the miscommunication at the gate- which was not his fault at all- and gave us a round of free balls to hit at the range before we got on the course. I can’t say enough about the service. Everyone was so kind and treated us as if we were locals. We are from Orlando and have played at some nice courses, but we absolutely loved this course. We even saw 4 gators. Such a cool experience.

The Legends at Parris Island has been my home golf course since i started golfing and i can confidently say it is the best public course in the Beaufort/Hilton Head area. The pro shop staff is always caring and helpful, the course conditions are always great, the greens roll extremely well, and the layout can be challenging. The Legends also provides a great practice area with two putting and chipping greens, and a grass driving range.

They did not do a good job of tee time management. I made a 1:30 pm tee time a day or two before arriving but the pro shop failed to mention the Armed Forces Golf Qualification tournament consequently, I was unable to play a round of golf. I traveled from Atlanta thru Hilton Head to specifically play at the Parris Island Golf Course. One of the staff (turned up mustache) was rude and dismissive. Did not appreciate his attitude.
