Course is in wonderful shape. Staff were very helpful. Hardly any OB, but tight narrow fairways. Greens are quick and firm, so spend an extra few minutes on the practice greens. Can't wait to play it again!

Course is very nice for golfers up to age 67 ot 68. The senior tees play over 5800 yds with 4 or 5 par 4's over 350 yds. One par 4 is 380 yds. At age 79 going on 80 this course is not on my play list anymore. Whoever is managing the course is not an old person or golfer so they would not understand. This is the problem with lot of golf courses here as more golfers are getting older and still want to play golf. Need some foresight going forward.

Played yesterday. Course was absolutely booked out. They double tee, but play was ok. About 45 minutes total slow. Tee boxes were about 7 out of 10 which is very good with the drought weve had. Boxes were better than most courses. Fairways were 8 out of 10, pretty good shape, considering drought. However, the greens were a 10 out of 10. Best rolling greens ive played this year. Condition was excellent. My hats off the the course superintendent. Greens were magnificent. Overall, I would say course was in very good condition. This lack of rain has hurt alot of courses on grand strand. Wachesaw East stands out in a great way. Play this course. Nice work guys!

Visited the driving range the day before Thanksgiving and was very impressed! Roger was especially helpful and treated me like a VIP - providing my disabled father with a golf cart so he could ride with my mother over to the range to see me hit - something he was very excited to experience. Two days prior I had stopped by to assess the situation for my Dad and received exceptional service by Jim at the golf bag drop off area. He showed me where I needed to go and helped me devise a plan to help my father when I returned with him. Gorgeous and well maintained practice area. Highly recommend a visit. Plenty of parking and exceptional customer service. Can't wait to come back!

We played 16 courses in 8 days this past February and this was the weakest course we played, unfortunately. They need to do a lot of work to get this course in a desirable shape for me to play again. But again it was winter so I'm not sure if we just caught it at a bad time. But all the other course that we paid were in much better condition, particularly the fairways. Their greens were the slowest as well. They need to invest some money in this course to be competitive I believe..
