Enjoyed the course. Like all courses the conditions could be better, but it is what it is. One thing the course can control is the pacing… on our 8th hole of the day, there were 6 groups waiting. The starter was not pairing people up; he was just sending off twosomes and trying to maximize the number of people he gets out. This made for a very poor playing experience.

Played May 17 2024: First time playing in SC, if you're not used to humidity bring a TON of water. Course was in decent shape, had to move my ball to around to find a good spot to hit. Greens were a bit patchy but it's new to the season. The staff was amazing, guy grabbed our clubs and put them into our carts.

I will start off saying that the staff is great. Every person there is super friendly and welcoming. I would give them 5 stars if I could. The layout is terrific. I think this course has great potential....but... The rest of this course is in rough shape. The fairways I would give a 5 or 6 out of 10. Rough is sparse and sketchy. Bunkers are not very good, but I will give them a pass because it rained this morning. The greens. Oh boy. I will say that I know that keeping a golf course in playable shape is not easy. It takes years of education and experience to be effective in keeping courses green. These greens though....these greens aren't green. All but one or two are mostly black sand (or after the rain, mud) and mold/fungus. They are barely putt-able in my opinion. This course is a 5 minute drive from my parent's house which I am at frequently. I won't play here again. I actually recommed for that money that you spend the extra 30 and play pretty much any other course. It is not worth what they are charging. But I did get to see a couple small gators on the 11th.

I'm a out of towner from Washington state. On a whim I picked this place because I was looking for something that was low key and within an affordable price range. I really enjoyed playing Indigo Creek. Staff was super friendly and got me on my way quickly. The course was challenging for me as a newbie golfer. Plenty of hazards to get myself into trouble. Lol. The pace was just right for me, giving me short breaks in between holes. I was happy with experience and would come here again!

I played at Indigo Creek on 4/23/2026. First thing I noticed when I arrived that the course lined the driveway at the club house with American Flags. I noticed that a lot of the flags were frayed and touching the ground. This condition requires that the flags be removed and destroyed. I went to the putting green to practice and was surprised at it's condition - very little grass and a lot of dirt. The teeing areas were in fair condition. The fairways were a little thin. The greens were terrible! - mostly dirt. The sand traps need work. Needless to say the course overall is terrible and needs a lot of work. I would rate this course with a -3 if they would let me. Don't waste your money of time to play here.
