We had lunch before our round of golf and then had dinner after. The golf course was in excellent shape. The golf staff were attentive and friendly. The food itself was excellent, however I was a little disappointed in the dining room service for dinner. Our waiter was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable but it felt like we were forgotten a few times (we sat in the pub). Overall a great experience but not quite 5 stars. If there were 1/2 points I would say 4.5.

Old world design epitomizes the 5 star restaurant of Cassiques. Located on a golf course and pond with Incredible views. Personal attention and service are second to none. Incredible food such as seafood specialties, cream corn, chopped romaine lettuce and for desert we chose snickerdoodle cookies with vanilla bean ice cream. Yum! Highly recommend.

Cassique Golf club is a private members club that features one of the premier golf courses on Kiawah Island. It's a great place to have dinner or lunch.

The building itself is nice - feels grand without being obnoxiously luxurious. Comfy and classy. Servers were great - friendly, prompt, knowledgeable. I expected good food - was VERY good. Fish and short ribs were fantastic. Salads were solid. Sides were excellent... the mac & cheese with crab was wonderful! Good wine selection, and desserts were, like the other dishes, were extremely well made. Really nothing to knock, and expeeded expectations, so gets a rare 5 star from me.

What an amazing course!!! Course conditions are immaculate from tee boxes to greens!! The scenery is just as spectacular. The entire staff was very welcoming and made you feel like a member. The caddies were terrific and extremely helpful, especially on the greens!! This is a first rate experience. Do NOT pass up an opportunity to play there!!!
