Beautiful greens but we got stuck playing with 2 other groups. Felt very rushed and had to pay for 18 when we only wanted 9. Saw a gator so that was cool. But sprinklers were on and lots of construction noise which caused a lot of distraction

Should be a 4.5; played/walked Arthur Hill course from the whites. Definitively challenging. Love the layout, condition and staff. Condition was great, pace of play was OK; but had to wait on almost every hole. Will go back again. The walk is challenging but doable.

Played the Hills Course on a beautiful spring morning. We enjoyed the layout and it was in descent shape. However, this was our 7th round of our week long vacation. All previous 6 rounds we finished in under 4 1/2 hours. This was a painful 5 1/2 hour round. Waiting at every tee box and at every fairway approach for the group in front of us. And, we could see they were doing the same for the group in front of them. Not once did we encounter a ranger prompting quicker play. Unacceptable. We will never be back.

Played the Robert Cupp course. Great value, beautiful course with tons of green-side undulation, challenging segments with interesting hazards balanced against some wide open fairways and tons of great looks. Greens were super slow and a little inconsistent but they were clearly under maintenance. Cart paths could use some repair but it definitely seems like they are renovating in a few areas. I’ll be back.

I played this course most of the winter. Just retired and always wanted to play in Hilton Head. The course is a great design with just enough challenge to keep you aggravation in tact! 😂 The course from tee to green is in great shape all winter and today was no different. What sets this course apart than all the others I have placed in Hilton Head, is the staff. Debbie in the club house has the best personality of a clubhouse person than I have ever experienced. She always recognizes me and has a warm welcome every interaction. The staters are top notch, provide you with advice on holes that require a little extra thought. The pace today was not the best but that’s not the course managements fault. It is prime time so every tee time was taken and I played in the afternoon. Don’t think twice to play here!
