Great golf facility for any skill level player. The executive course is par 58, with water and bunkers on most holes to create a challenge. Driving range is nice with both mat and grass options. Course was in decent condition when we visited in mid March.

Tupelo Bay "Executive" Course suffers from a mix of heavy traffic and not enough time/money for course upkeep. It's essentially a par 3 course with some "par 4s" which are just holes shaped too oddly to possibly be par 3s. Despite that, I was on fire today sticking pins for a -2. Onto the review. Tee Boxes 2/5 - Not completely bare, but definitely under duress. They could do with some sand buckets on the tee boxes or worst case, turf mat. The tee placement for the par 4s was forcing you into a bad situation. Fairways 3.5/5 - Considering there are only 3 or 4 holes that can be considered par 4s, there wasn't much fairway out there. There was grass, some holes had better grass than others. The 1st hole was the worst shape. Greens 2.5/5 - Soft and slow. This was a day that it hadn't rained in several days prior but was still rolling at an 8/9. You can and should attack flags when you can. It checks immediately. Bunkers 2/5 - Heavy sand, packed down and unkept. Getting out is hard, getting close is harder. Layout 3/5 - For what it is, the layout is decent enough, but the par 4s come in to test your patience since 1 is in poor shape, another doesn't have signage to warn of water, yet another forces you around a corner, and the other (if you're hitting from the tips) has you hit through a forest. The par 3s are pretty straightforward. Amenities 5/5 - This score is primarily due to the driving range being extremely wide with both mats and turf. There is a small putting green and practice bunker available. Overall, it's a course you go to hang out and maybe do some wedge practice (since most holes are wedge distance). The price is a but steep for the conditions however, making a return trip for me unlikely until the conditions improve or I catch a hot deal on golfnow. There are lights for night golf, however I'm not sure if they work since I'm not out that late.

This place has slowly gone down hill. We played the par 3 course at the end of April. I know the area has been in a drought, but the greens were horrendous. If you want a good par 3 with better value, just go to The Aero Club right now. The greens there are phenomenal.

Great people. Nice little executive course that's fun to take kids on or to work on your short game. That being said, don't even bother to bring your putter as the greens are horrible right now. No benefit in practicing on what amounts to a shag rug with holes in it 😒

We came to use the driving range with villa owner passes. We checked in, received our bucket of balls, and then asked where to get rental clubs. That’s when we were told they don’t have rental clubs to be used on the driving range. That makes very little sense, especially at a “executive” golf resort where many visitors don’t travel with their own clubs. We ended up unable to use the driving range as intended, which was a frustrating and disappointing experience.
