Terrible management. Within 3 hours of being in my room, saw 2 cockroaches. Emailed and texted. After seeing the 2nd one i left immediately, emailed and texted again and requested refund. Heard back from someone the next day 24 hours later, saying the would give me another room. After I was already back home 5 hours away. Claimed seeing roaches is “normal around here”… not normal to see them in guest rooms… ever. Said they would refund me one night out of my 5 booked. Requested the higher ups information, never responded.

Came here with a group to play golf. The host booked our rooms through the resort - ended up with 167 New Haven. Very dated, main areas clean. One bathroom was terrible- light out, sink very slow to drain, switch plate missing next to sink and mildew in the tub. Beth very worn as well. Really enjoyed the golf courses! Food was ok, typical bar food. Beach club was closed. If you want to visit, maybe look at an AirBnB as a place to stay.

First time at Fripp! We will be back! Felt safe in a gorgeous location. Steps from beach and pools. Cooked in our kitchenette but enjoyed meals nearby. Kid friendly & family oriented, a getaway close to home.

Initially booked on Airbnb for a family wedding. We had 3 houses in a row with different bookings. Night before we arrive at 11 pm get a text from FIR that Airbnb double booked and they had to cancel but had another house at 25% more on other side of island. We had no choice but to pay it. Sad part is the home was vacant the entire time we were there. Owners were not apologetic at all.

A decent fitness center but a thermostat set is 74° is unacceptable. Hot as hell.
