I understand the grass goes dormant in winter but most courses charge winter rates for this reason. Full price with greens with weeds all over them is ridiculous. No marshall and pace of play was terrible. Practice putting green had so many weeds it was not even worth trying, it was like putting on hardpan rough. Clubhouse was nice enough, full bar, friendly staff inside. Bev cart was a different story, imagine Roz from Monsters and that was the lady driving the cart. I'm sure this course is nice in season but for winter conditions it is way overpriced, by about 40 dollars. It's beat and overplayed. Can't imagine being a member

If I were a paying member I would be outraged. Painting dirt/sand green does not make it a green. Tee boxes are trash. Fairways are the best part of the course. Walked 9 today after work for $27. Conditions are worth maybe $12. Gave two stars because I still got to play golf. Would avoid this place unless you want to wait on every shot and play on garbage conditions. For what they charge I expect better.

DO NOT PLAY HERE Whatever you do, do not book a round at Shadowmoss Every green was unplayable, just sand and random weeds. Tee boxes were just sand. Even the urinal was out of order…I’ve attached pictures for reference. There were 2 greens completely under construction, not that they could have been much worse than the other 16… Pace of play was terrible as well, but not even worth mentioning compared to the course itself. Could not be more emphatic that you should not play here.

Some pictures on March 27th, tee boxes are sandpits. Greens are definitely not green, pathetic. Had tire tracks on it. Residents in the community don’t stop for carts in crossing. No crossing marks for the cart path.

DO NOT PLAY! We came from out of town with a large group on a bachelor trip looking for affordable options in and around the area. The only thing nice about the course were the golf carts. The tee boxes were basically sand boxes and the greens were brown and hard with no overseed in sight and plenty of weeds. I was honestly embarrased for all who worked there. The guys in the club house were great, but outside of that, it wasn't worth the $. I'm not sure I would have been happy with a full refund as it took 4+ hours out of our day that we can't get back.
